Songbird fired a blast of sonic energy at Nightwing as he approached. "What exactly makes you think you're going to do any better than your kid friend?"


Boomerang smirked as he caught the batarang (again). "So that's how you want to do it?" He produced one of his own boomerangs. "Catch this." The boomerang had a blinking red light on it as it whizzed towards Batwoman.

Tradewind ducked in and out of the fight between Batman and Drakon, taking advantage of her superspeed and smaller size to land blows aimed at unbalancing the Dark Knight just as Drakon's flaming sword arced through the air at Batman's neck.

Radioactive Man, ducking behind a vending machine, noted the green dot in the sky. "It appears someone's arriving late to the party." Since Spider-Man didn't seem to be much of a threat at the moment, he started hurling radiation at the dot.

[It's not a comic RP if people aren't dialoguing in the fight. ]

Nightwing dodged the blast of Sonic that Songbird had fired "easy, I have more experience than the kid."

Batwoman saw the red light and had only two options: Avoid (by sidestepping) the boomerang or run. She choose option 1.

Batman saw he couldn't handle two super villains at once decided to test their loyalty to Riddler. He jumped behind Riddler, hoping that drakon couldn't breathe his fire and that they would be a little more careful with him around. (I am assuming that Riddler is still on the ground right?).

Robin lets himself get helped by Alice.

There is a crescendoing beep in the background.

Songbird, trying to keep Nightwing off-balance, launched a barrage of sonic attacks.

As the boomerang passed where Batwoman had been standing, it exploded quite violently.

Drakon sent another column of fire at Batman, setting the Riddler's hat on fire. While the Riddler stomped on his hat, trying to put it out, Tradewind continued her hit-and-run attacks on Batman, trying to trip him up now.

Nightwing dodges the sonic attacks by running up the stairs instead of going into the elevator shaft "If that's all you can do then I'm deeply disappointed".

Batman backs up further in attempt to reach the casino door, because outside he would have a little more legroom.

"Don't be. I haven't even started trying yet." Songbird said, as she hammered the base of the stairs. Weakened already from Drakon setting them on fire and the exploding boomerang, the stairs collapsed beneath Nightwing.

[That depends on how far out of the way Batwoman got, it was set to explode roughly where she was when he threw it.]

The Riddler, whose hat was now quite battered and blackened, decided to make his exit and bolted for the door, waving his cane wildly to make Batman keep out of the way.

Tradewind kicked Batman viciously in the back of the knee, buckling his leg and bringing him to the ground. Drakon seized the opportunity and his blade hissed towards the Dark Knight's chest.

[Doomwing]

Alice sets Robin behind a pillar on the bottom floor. She props up his head and looks back at the battle. She mutters under her breath. "Come on Rick, hurry it up..."

Just as she finishes that sentence, the room fills with blinding green light and the glass shatters as Rick, Green Lantern. Arrives on the scene. "Sorry I'm late, Alice where are you?"

"Alright who shot at me earlier. It's sooo hard to dodge that stuff when you me." Rick says very sarcastically. He looks at batman and crew fighting. "Come on man, Batman." Thick green chains start to wrap around radioactive man. "You look like you shot at me..."

Nightwing, annoyed that he can't reach songbird physically, thought it better to throw some of his boomerangs at her. "Let's see how you handle this."

Batwoman could feel the explosion close to her. She thought to herself that if she came out of this one, she would get one that was a little better suited for explosions. She had laughed at batman earlier for suggesting it. She decided to move closer in on Boomerang, hoping he would be weaker in close combat.

Drakons blade cut through Batman's suit and into his skin. Batman decided to bolt at for the door, ignoring Rick's comment. As he ran he shouted to the crowd, whoever catches Riddler gets fifty dollars (I hope these are the kind of people who love money).

[Radioactive Man wears a hazmat suit. As in, yellow. Although I'm not sure how the yellow impurity applies to the canon used in this thread.]

The boomerangs (does Nightwing have boomerangs?) bounced off a sonic barrier a good ten feet in front of Songbird. "Cute. Are those toys all you have?"

Boomerang threw a razor-sharp boomerang at Batwoman almost lazily.

Tradewind passed Batman in a blur and slammed the door shut, leaping off the now-closed door and planting her feet right in the Dark Knight's face.

Riddler is leaving the premises. Quickly. And thinking about getting a new hat.

Alice walks up next to Rick. "You could have just walked in here with me."

Rick binds the radioactive man against a wall. "Yeah yeah. One down.." he looks over his shoulder. "Look who is trying to escape."

Alice sighs and walks over to the Riddler. "Going somewhere?"

(Any green lantern lore and the image i posted of the blue lanterns. Blue light removes all power of Fear the yellow light. Blue is hope and hope destroys fear and strengthens willpower the green light. Regular clothing doesn't have emotional light values period. And as for a source, do some research into the green lantern sagas. Try to stick to the newer stuff because they have tackled these issues. If you read onward, green light partnered with blue light will defeat all other light sources. Green light is also the only one which can sever the connection of the black rings. The Indigo rings can use the powers of all the other rings, but they keep to themselves and don't do much besides what happened in the blackest night.)

[Blue power rings can charge green power rings and decharge yellow ones. The yellow impurity, IIRC, is because Parallax is imprisoned in the green battery. Where are you getting that having a blue lantern in proximity removes the impurity? And the color of clothing can effect, does effect and has effected whether Green Lanterns can (directly) interact with an object using their ring.

Anyway, nerd argument aside, I spoke with Cheesy today and he has stated that while Radioactive Man's suit doesn't make him completely immune to Rick's constructs it does make them less effective. Which I am interpreting as "easier to break."]

Radioactive Man, somewhat annoyed, snapped the chains binding him to the wall and sent a concussive blast of radiation at the newcomer's head.

[Doomwing]

(It doesn't remove the impurity. Hope empowers one's willpower, and removes one's fear and rage. Which basically means that yes he has a yellow suit, yes it weakens the green light, but it doesn't mean that the Radioactive man's willpower is greater than that of a Green Lantern. The green lanterns who have the strongest willpower. It does make it easier to break but only by a small amount considering it is only Clothing. If Radioactive Man had a yellow ring it would be different.)

Rick Dodges smoothly. "Hey hey hey, Don't go breaking things now." He Raises his fist and a large bear-trap closes around the Radioactive man.

[Flagmauth]

Radioactive Man leapt forward, diving out of the trap and landing flat on his stomach.

[Doomwing]

Just as Radioactive Man leaps, a Green flurry of chains surround him pinning his limbs to the floor again. Rick walks forward and knocks him out with a quick punch. "Stay Down."

[Flagmauth]

Songbird sent a sonic blade spinning at Nightwing's face.

Nightwing sidesteps the sonic blade "If that is all you can do, you might as well go to jail now"

Robin, rests behind the pillar, but wants to join the fight again. He doesn't do it because Batman, or worse Alfred will probably make him regret the choice.

Batwoman aims a punch at Boomerang (Your call Mycro if it lands)

"I've got a better idea." Pink shackles bound Nightwing's arms together behind his back and chained him to the ceiling, suspending him there. "How about no?" A fist of sonic force slammed into him.

Boomerang ducked the punch, but a little bit too slowly. Batwoman's fist slammed into his shoulder and spun him around, laying him out flat on his back. Fortunately his suit cushioned the blow enough that he recovered quickly, hooking one of his boomerangs behind Batwoman's leg and sweeping it out from under her.

Radioactive Man remains unconscious.

[I'm going to wait for Batman's response, I'm pretty sure he can handle Tradewind's attack if he pulls it together.]

[Draco Flame]

But wait in the shadows a oval figure it's strong it's seedy it's shaped like a cucumber and out of the main vault doors he exits holding two large bags of money he shouts
" Ha Ha Ha I've Come to Steal your Dimes and Swip your Nickels LARY BOY AWAY!"

He then takes a running start using Spiderman as a spring board (sound effects included) wail exstending one super plunger to make his escape

(Hey Doom, can I have a Blue Lantern OC? He's kind of a joke character, but I'm also really excited about role-playing him. He will totally submit to your Blue Lantern Organization, so long as he remains a Blue Lantern (I'm tempted to have him switch to another color soon after introduction, but I'm not sure about that even.)

Nightwing tries wiggles his way out of the chains and drops down the shaft. He is staggering due to impact...

Batwoman during the fall does a acrobatic kick aimed at Boomerang from the ground, while jumping back up to a standing position.

Robin is still doing the usual (recovering).

Batman a little dazzled from the kick in the face. Quickly recovering (and he needs to unless he wants to be cut to ribbons) batman uses the Bat-lasso on Trade-wind to tie her feet up (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman's_utility_belt).

Songbird smashed a sonic hammer into Nightwing's head, knocking him out.

Boomerang, in the process of getting up, was knocked back down by Batwoman.

Tradewind discovered that being tripped while moving at super-speed isn't fun at all, by way of hurtling into a vending machine, smashing the glass and disorienting her.

Drakon took the opportunity to sweep his sword at Batman's legs, aiming to sever them.

Radioactive Man, being unconscious, took the opportunity to get some of the best sleep he'd had in weeks while dreaming of hot chocolate.
