Failing that, do a Google search for proxy sites. You're bound to come up with one eventually that works.

Although I must say it's intriguing that Smallville apparently has more active techs than our school. Almost insulting, really.

For one thing make sure you type in the address EXACTLY as follows: open-websites.us

NOT .com, NOT.org, NOT .net

I did that correctly, and I wouldn't say Smallvile has more tech, the school just blacklisted everything except their site, and some others.

Have you got admin controls on your device? If you do you can change the IPv4 DNS to 8.8.8.8 and bypass literally every restriction. At least it would seem so; I can bypass both my parents' and the school's filters this way.

I think we could chalk the grenades up to black-market Rocket tech: Team Rocket has been disbanded for a while now in the RP.

By the way, the Pokemon entries on www.serebii.net are complete for generation 6. This means all the moves and other information is present (at least for the Pokemon I checked).

Riley and the tribe of fighting types had raided multiple ex-rockets and destroyed everything lethal but took the diversionary grenades but Riley took a few frags. That's how he got them, and a map to ex-rockets. One was at the town we are in but he is a little unnerved.
