"I think i see it" says James "is that the road?"

"Yep that's it but stop before you go down it because we don't want to set off his alarms"

"Alarms? Not something you hear off everyday" James says as he grinds to a halt.

Max rode up to the group before turning his back to them. Covering their escape rout.

"What's the hold up? Are we going or not?"

"You can keep going if you want, but the craze in that house will turn you into swiss cheese."

"Another nutcase? What is with civilization these days before the end of the world?" He asks as he turned to the group. "Hey! You left me for zombie chow! What happened to our team? Or is loyalty that at poor with you?" He asked before noticing the new member. "Sargent Max Thorn. Army engineer, with training of machine guns and side arms as well as construction. Who are you?" Max introduced himself before questioning the new member of the survivor group.

[Frenchie]

"Sergeant James Smith, Marine Corp gunner and engineer" James says as he extends his arm to offer a handshake

"Ah, go soak your head, Thorn." Roma said, disembarking from the truck and heading for the house. "I need to find something for this bite."

Mathias gets out and wakes 3 yards done the road before stoping and looking at the ground, then He takes out a pocket knife and cuts a small wire that was almost invisible and looks back at the group "hey we should be good for the next 100 yards so pull the cars in and we can at least get them off the road"

"You do remember where all these traps are right?" Gus asked.

"Ummmmm I think so"

[Frenchie]

James pulls his AR out of his car and covers the back of the group.

"Well that is reassuring" Gus said sarcastically.

[Frenchie]

"Shut up, loudmouth- I don't need your crap." Says James

"I agree with the Marine. We have barely any intel that can be trusted. Prepare for any outcome. Worst case is that Mathias dies first leaving us stranded." Max says before taking out a hand gun and loads a round of ammo into it. "Second best outcome the uncle dies and we get the supplies. Yet he would probably be ready for military troops to try and kill him. Which makes the situation more hazardous."

[Frenchie]

"With these traps? He must have been a nutcase, no telling what contraband he has. Not much we can do about it now that everything is falling to pieces." James points out

"Or he is a resourceful idiot that got lucky with this epidemic before he could get caught." Max says as he looks at Mathias. "You best hope you remember those traps or we all are dead. Got it?"

[Frenchie]

"Kid, how far is it now? Nightfall is coming, and that won't make this easier."

[Sagansoul001]

"Don't have any thermal or night vision gear. We have to get to your uncle before nightfall."

"I have a flashlight and the dark is not going to hurt you. The only thing that could injure any of us are all these confounded traps."

[Frenchie]

"The dark is only half of the problem..."

"If those zombies are attracted to light, and we can't see them... Then guess what or should I say who is for dinner." Max says as he turns to Mathias. "Get moving."

"Again, there is no such things as zombies" Gus said moving his way vaguely towards the uncles house "any traps in the near future we should know about?"
