A question, Sheo: How willing would you be to allow people to play existing NPCs (not plot-important ones) as followers, if only to streamline the process of helping them create characters? Such as, say, Ria, Sven or Teldryn Sero?

Also, I want to make Sirius a character who is a priest of Mara that constantly ships two random characters and tries to get them together, to their annoyance. I call it "the looooooooove pastor."

That would be fine, assuming they keep the overall basic personality correct.
Example: Erandur shouldn't be a bloodthirsty serial killer.

Hey Sheo, would Rees-Haat barely understand the dragon's roars and be able to communicate with the beast or would've have to scatter to find weapons and armor(since nobody is willing to fight without either weapon or armor)?

I strongly doubt that Rees would know Draconic. Yeah, I know you said "all known languages," but Draconic hasn't been spoken in basically forever and the only people who know it IIRC are the Greybeards. Rees has not been to High Hrothgar.

I would say he is probably capable of learning it, but doesn't yet. Hell, he doesn't even understand the the whole fire-breathing is language in of itself.

Flaws: Irritable, Unfriendly (Not necessarily antisocial)
Alignment: Mostly Himself but can be persuaded to a certain cause (Has his own sense of honor)
Alvanian is a talented Assassin, he often uses his bow instead of a dagger (Though he uses it with great effect when necessary.) However Alvanian has a knack for being a more irritable person than normal, and has killed people for merely insulting him (leading to his recent arrest fortunately) He prefers to keep his true name unknown, and has many aliases.
Let me know if this is too off the wall by the way.

The only issue I can see with it is that it's awfully similar to my Breton thief already in the RP...while that's not a huge issue it can cause a bit of friction when one of our characters is doing something and then rendered useless by the other.

EDIT: To be clear, I don't want to make you think you absolutely cannot play a character like that, I just think that it could cause problems between the two of us and I'd rather not take the chance.

It would seem to me that Alvanian is assassin oriented, with a few thievery skills thrown in.
