even if he was a captain and Im almost for sure he's not,he wouldn't have the right to attack or arrest me he would need a nobles right to do that, the only thing he could do is search me and he would find any mark or brand because I would have healed over it.

What world are we in??? Because it seems to me that it's from some book that I've never did read or we make it up as we go??? So if it's like anything in the real world captains did a lot of bad stuff that they need to ask before doing it but I mean that's up to lupin if he wants to attack me or not but he would get on huge trouble if people found out that he put someone in prison on a hunch that I was lying.

Pretty sure we made most of this up. As for what would happen; historically speaking I think it's likely Julios has the authority to get away with chucking Jack back in the dungeon for no reason. Especially since he actually probably does have a reason.

Plus, come on, the guy needs something to his name, right?

But if he search me he would find anything to throw me in jail for, besides that he doesn't like me and David is his commander right? So wouldn't he need to ask him? And if he did I would just wolf out and kill them all.

Even if he does need to ask him I'm willing to bet David will not only say yes but will encourage it. Also, I suspect that they'll be a bit harder to kill than you suspect. David at least has mithril equipment if not better, more than enough to give you something to think about. Add to that the fact that he does have a mage with him (who absolutely will intervene if he feels like he needs to) and you've got more of a fight than you can expect to win easily.

Oh I know it wouldn't be easy but im sure I could at least get away because none of them could keep up with me only the Mage could slow me down.

And since he was born a werewolf he is half lycan and half werewolf puls werewolfs alone are like super strong pockets of magic so their fur would block most magic attacks and werewolf basically have posion on there claws so if you even got a skratch it "could" be deadly but probablly not to the Mage.

So, to clear your confusion (and a little bit of mine) we are basically fighting behind a blacksmith. David and Julios are already arresting/fighting the prisoners while a bregade of guards are approaching.
