Victor's new eye notices the mouse to and analyzes the thing down to its basic DNA as far as he could tell. He put a hand over his eye "I have got to stop this thing from doing that" he says to himself

Turns out Vic gets 4G. A news story carrying his father's name came up - apparently he had been beaten to within an inch of his life and was in critical condition in Coast City General.

Vic discovered the door was locked. Also, his mechanical body was a bit harder to control than his old one - likely that he wasn't used to it yet.

Oh, and there were no windows.

Now that he had the chance and mental stability to look around, this didn't even look like a normal hospital, to be honest. For one thing normal hospitals had windows and didn't have doors that looked like they were built to hold the Hulk.

Gar looks around, slightly confused as to why Victor was now a giant. in his mind, Gar was exclaiming in shock and horror how he is now a mouse, which he decided to express these thoughts in opening his mouth and letting out a

"SSSSSSQQQQQQQQEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

The door hissed suddenly and opened. The hall outside wasn't anything even vaguely resembling a hospital anymore - a military bunker would have been closer, even if that was still rather inaccurate. It looked like it might have, at some point, been a S.H.I.E.L.D. installation. Nobody was in sight, except for the doctor Vic and Gar had spoken to not two minutes ago, lying on the ground about ten feet away.

Except his head was lying inches from the door.
