Some of the goons started to make their way towards Nightwing's hideout.

Nightwing jumps to the celling as the goons get close. He kicks off and takes most of them out on his way down, those that he didn't get got a face full of nunchucks

Of course there were many of the henchmen, while not a big threat to Nightwing, they did allow for the Penguin to get away.

Not wanting to die just yet Bruce stood where he was.

Since all other threats had been taken care of Nightwing jumps out of the building and heads towards Freeze

Mr Freeze aims his freeze ray at Bruce and shoots a ray of ice.

Poison Ivy uses vines to pull Nightwing off Freeze and throws him into the air.

Bruce jumps out of the way but his clothes start to freeze from the air around him.

Nightwing was flown into the air he uses his grapple gun to attach to a building and stop himself from falling

"Stand still Bruce. This won't take long!" Mr. Freeze shoots another few blasts in Wayne's direction.

Poison Ivy stood below Nightwing and smiled "aren't you coming down?"

Finally the blast hits bruce's leg freezing him in place

"Well I can't turn a lady down can I?" Nightwing says as he throws a few smoke bombs at the ground. The smoke covers the whole street and when it cleared Bruce Wayne, his driver and Nightwing were gone.

A few streets away and under it, Nightwing was using a heating tool to unfreeze Bruce's leg "And then you go and do stupid moves. I mean yes you have to be the pretty rich boy but can't you make the excuse that you went into parchour or something?"

Mr. Freeze roars angrily and content that no-one of interest was there left and returned to HQ "Wayne will be at his manor and he will be expecting us. If he won't come, then let us destroy what he worked so hard for...Wayne enterprises!"

Back in the Penguin's layer, the business men had been captured and tied up. Some of them had given the Penguin their banking information, in an attempt to be released, which of course didn't work. Mr. Freeze eyed them "I think we should exchange them. Their useless lives for Bruce's."

A letter was delivered to Bruce manor "come to the southern cemetery [making this up] alone at midnight. You will take the place of your colleagues. Sincerely, Freeze"

In the batcave, Bruce reads the letter while Dick drinks a soda besides him
