Jeanne ignored the other Saber, instead keeping pace with Main and shielding him from any further knives. Whoever was throwing them, likely an Assassin, had to know they were doing nothing. In which case there was a very real possibility that this was a diversion. She kept watch for any surprise attacks on her Master from another angle.

Another knife went into the ground next to Jeanne and before she could do anything it exploded. She would've been burnt but the other Saber had moved with incredible speed and blocked the force of the blast "These guys don't like to play fair"

Drew rolled his eyes "Mordred, settle down!" he orders

Mordred and Arturia were in the middle of their battle but Mordred suddenly locked up before jumping back, stopping the fight

Jeanne didn't have time to do much more than nod in thanks before she had to continue deflecting knives, this time sure to block ones that looked like they were aimed nearby instead of directly at her or Maun.

One of the assassins dropped down. He was clad in a black robe with red flower markings all over it. His eyes were red with black tear drop shaped dots around his pupils "Leave Saber" he says

"Witch one?" Saber asks back looking at Jeanne

"I would love to join, and Mordred" Drew's servant turned to face her master "My command seal still applies so keep your grudges out of work"

Mordred didn't say anything, instead she dispelled her armor and came by her master's side in her normal skimpy outfit

Jeanne produced her lance and adopted a combat-ready position. "No. Now, you have exactly one chance to turn around and leave us in peace before I kill you."

Maun flicks out is blade, and grits his teeth. Then, suddenly, he sees something running around in the dirt. He jumps down at it, digging his blade into its back. The critter starts running around, and he tries to keep the blade on the small beastie illusion. Soon, he has drawn some sort of symbol in the dirt.

Assassin and Saber look at Maun "What is he doing?" Saber asks

"Irrelevant" Assassin says. He turns to Jeanne and looks her in the eye "You can't kill me and I order again leave"

"Can't I?" Jeanne launched two attacks, so quickly one after the other they might as well have been simultaneous. She charged, aiming to skewer Assassin in the gut with her lance - but she didn't count on him to stand there and take it, so she also attacked with a broad sweep of her sword.

"Interesting. Alright then." Troy provided directions, then went back to his car with Arturia and Chrom. And presumably Edward.

Jeanne's lance went straight into Assassins chest and the sword cut deep into his side, removing his arm and making him cough up a lot of blood

Troy set off, with Arturia in the passenger seat and Chrom and Ed presumably in Spirit Form. He wondered if they'd see anybody who'd gone ahead and entered Fuyuki on the way back.

Jeanne knew the Assassin class was generally pretty bad at fights with other Servants. Their role was, traditionally, to attack Masters. Even so, she also had not expected to kill him so quickly.

There had to be a catch to that. She withdrew her lance and quickly scanned the area, looking for the trap she just knew was waiting and that she'd inadvertently triggered.

Maun felt someone whispering words in his ear. He twitches, and speaks the words spoke to him. He glances at the symbol, and then in his eyes it begins to glow. "Saber!?" He yelps, as something warm washes over him.

Assassin looks at Jeanne, he seemed to be unfazed by the attack "You are very unobservant" he says before he disappears in a puff of smoke

Saber jumps to get Maun out of the way of what ever he drew up. A column of flame came from the drawing "What the hell?"

"What on earth!?" Jeanne covered her face with an upraised arm reflexively. How had that happened?

When everyone arrived at the base Drew introduced himself to everyone and his servants. Merlin bows but Mordred simply puts up her chin in a defiant mannor and then she disappears in sprit form "Whats her problem?" Ed asks

"She just had a fight with dad" Drew says

"Who's her dad?"

Drew points to Arturia and Ed's jaw drops "MORDRED!"

"Yep" Drew says simply

"Well then, will it take her awhile to come back?" Chrom asks

"No, she a little on the rough side but she'll come around, mostly because she really wants my approval or something"

"Why? She hot for you or something?" Ed asks

"She might be" Drew comments
