Nightwing wasn't exaclty in the barriers path and was quite able to dodge it. He then went on to throw a boomerang at her (roll 1) before jumping to Songbirds height (probably by jumping on a nearby object).

Batwoman is trying to skid out of the barriers path...(roll 2)

A swarm of metallic particles flooded over Nightwing's limbs and jerked him back to earth away from Songbird, while a missile exploded next to Batwoman, throwing her into the air as Songbird caused the barrier to disappear.

"You didn't think we were the only ones anywhere near here, did you?" Octavius sneered at the heroes. "Most of your heroes are dead, burned in reentry or vaporized on impact. How can you hope to stand against us? Stark is dead. Captain America is dead. Thor is dead. Superman is dead. What do you think you can do against us when we've defeated them?" In front of the battered heroes, he stood in line with Songbird, MACH-VI, and Nano, waiting.

Daredevil having gotten tired of listening to the teenage heroes fail, he jumped to a street lamp near Songbird, swung around feet first at her.

Songbird, taken completely off-guard, took the blow hard and sprawled forward onto the ground. Octavius turned and reacted quickly, lashing out with an adamantium tentacle while Nano released a cloud of silvery nanoparticles that swept towards the hero.

Daredevil jumps onto Doc Oc's arm he used to attack with trying to draw the nano particles too close to avoid the arm. Then he jumped over the cloud and landed behind the mech suit villain. Ready to dodge if needed.

[You realize "mech suit villain" could technically apply to Nano, MACH-VI and Doc Ock? Technically one could argue Songbird as well though not nearly so obvious.]

Doc Ock spun around, preparing to strike while MACH-VI sprayed bullets at Daredevil. Songbird, behind the other three villains, began getting to her feet painfully.

Daredevil seemed to live up to his name because he grabs one of Mach-VI's arms and tried to turn it so he would shoot his team mates and he kicked the other arm away from getting a shot at him.

Daredevil, not quite strong enough to force MACH-VI's arm, did succeed in knocking his aim off and the bullets ripped into the ground instead of into the hero. The mech-suited villain's other arm slammed into Daredevil's shoulder and knocked him away. Meanwhile, Songbird took to the air and began to aim at Daredevil...

While in the air, Daredevil was blind until he lands on the sidewalk noticing Songbird before using his cane to swing to build up momentum before flying over her head but in mid flight he turned the cane from a hook to nunchucks and used the string to catch around her throat also she would fall with him.

Songbird simply dropped about a yard in altitude and watched Daredevil fly overhead. When he landed, she inhaled deeply and screamed, the attack blasting through pavement as it headed for the hero.

Daredevil shook his head to clear it.
"Any of you idiots want to join in?" Daredevil asks the stunned Titans that were standing around like idiots. He then turned to DeathStroke. "You can try your luck pal but I won't watch your back if things get ugly, but they already have with that girl's horrible singing voice." Daredevil taunted.

While his enemies were distracted by the fact that they were looking at DeathStroke, Daredevil tackled Songbird and gaged her before wrapping her hands so she couldn't get the gag off.
"Call which you want. The girl gets to fight the idiot Heroes that couldn't do very much." Daredevil says as he gets out of Songbird's range if she escapes. "Ten seconds before I choose myself."
