Songbird, who was still floating well out of reach of her earthbound opponents, simply raised a barrier of sonic energy that Deathstroke's attacks bounced off of. As before, she then caused the barrier to sprout spikes and hurtle towards the mercenary.

Daredevil matrix dodged the claw before getting on top of the claw.
"Yep, you are." Daredevil says as he runs along the arm. Getting closer to the chubby man that controlled the arms.

Another claw grabbed Daredevil's head from behind. "Indeed." The claw lifted Daredevil off of the arm and dangled him in midair. "The next time you ask that question, however, I suggest you do so to yourself." With a whipping motion, the arm tossed Daredevil into the ground hard enough to break bones and Nano's swarm of particles began to assault the hero's super-senses.

[I strongly suggest that you try and use Daredevil's acrobatic ability to not get seriously wounded by that.]

DeathStroke backflips backwards and pulls out a gun and starts to fire at Songbird.

Daredevil twists out of the way of the incoming shrapnel and flips by catching a street lamp on the way down.
"Dang you are pretty good with those arms of yours." Daredevil says as he stands up.

Daredevil fell to one knee and held his head before trying to roll out of the way of the chubby man with metal arms.

A metal claw descended from above and snatched Daredevil up by the ankle, dangling the hero in the air. The nanoparticles followed, Nano maintaining their high-frequency wail to keep the hero in a state of dazed nausea. The adamantium arm raised the hero high into the air before its grip suddenly tightened, crushing Daredevil's leg with a sick splintering sound, then hurling the hero into the ground with another sharp crack as at least one rib snapped. Octavius, smiling grimly, placed the claw on top of Daredevil's chest, intending to crush him into the pavement.

[This would be why more than one hero should be involved in these things, especially more than one with combat superpowers. Anyone want to step in?]

Daredevil resisted screaming out in pain but when the metal arm got on his chest he realized he needed help.

[I intentionally made the method of their deaths highly unspecific so that people who wanted to can bring them back...you NEVER assume someone is dead until you've seen the body, burned it and thrown the remains into a black hole and then killed the ghost, in comic books and even THEN it's still a crapshoot.]
