Shadow-Fur creates an aura sphere just in case those aura orb give away their position.

"Keep your eyes pealed for anything that could get us caught." Shadow-Fur warned the group as he watched for any security measures.

The little Aura things the guards were carrying didn't seem to give them away; they were able to keep out of sight relatively easily. It helped a bit that PI didn't seem to have any security cameras down here.

They reached the lab without incident. Quite a few of the lesser glowing points of Aura were visible even through the drawers and cabinets that contained them. At close range, it was apparent that these smaller, dimmer points of Aura each had their own unique coloration and effect; some appeared to radiate flames in all directions, others were surrounded by swirling tendrils of emerald light, a few were surrounded by a dark miasma of shadows.

"What are those things?" Serena wondered aloud.

Desmond, who had been following along rather meekly, spoke up. "Drawers. Pretty sure those are drawers?"

Shadow-fur opened a drawer and slowly, using his aura, picked up the glowing orb.

"Desmond, what is floating over the floating drawer?" Shadow-Fur asked the aura sightless man.

Desmond scowled. "I can see you holding it, you know. It's a rock. A green one. With a leaf on."

"A Leaf Stone?!" Shadow-Fur yelped as he dropped the stone back into the drawer. "I thought they were rare. Yet there are different auras around us... Different evolution stones." Shadow-Fur rationalized to himself as the Pokemon paced back and forth.

"Wait, so if that green swirly one was a Leaf Stone..." Serena rummaged through another drawer and pulled out one of the miasma-emitting stones. "This should be a Dusk Stone! I can evolve my Salom with this!"

Rob picks up the stone emanating fire. "and this one is a fire stone."

"I could use that to evolve my Quilava." says Jack, eyeing the stone.

"Even the guards have these stones, they might not miss a few missing from their storage." Shadow-Fur said slyly. He turned to the large aura orb. "Yet that is too big for some simple stone."

"I'll keep watch so we aren't disturbed." Rob walks to the door and stands next to it, looking out every few minutes.

Shadow-Fur refreshed Rob's aura sight while putting himself to aid watching out for trouble.

"Make it quick, there may be a patrol or a group of scientists coming this way." The Pokemon said quickly as he marks any guard in a fifty foot radius.

No guards were so close, which was good. The Trainers could potentially take as many Stones as they could carry.

"Empoleon is fully evolved already" November reminded Rob "Wait, don't you guys think it is suspicious that there happens to be a room near the entrance that just happens to have whatever evolution stones we could ever want? This might be a trap!"

"Meant for a mega evolution, if that's even possible for empoleon, and now that you mention it, it does seem odd." says Rob, dropping the stone he was about to take.

"Yet the fact these rare stones are here is pretty unusual, there is a possibility of a trap.... Desmond, do you have anything from that computer yet?" Shadow-Fur asked while doubling his aura scans to a thousand feet, there was something he didn't like in this situation.
