India proposes that America aid in the development in AI technologies , as well as nanobotics.

America accepts the Indian request of assistance in the development of AI techs and nanobots on the conditions that American Scientist are put on staff and security measures are handed over to the US on the grounds of significant US involvement.

The USSR accepts Indian proposals. Suspicion as to the Americans' intentions leads to a stepping up in production of nuclear weapons, ensuring that should America strike the Soviets with their weapons they would be met with equal if not superior force.

Japan, who had been quiet all this time, politely resigns it's alliance with Russia but keeps it's trade with Russia open, and offering India a hand in developing nano technology.

Black smiths all over Japan began making katanas again, going back to traditional styles and trying out modern styles, the age of sword making now rising slowly again, as well as starting kenjutsu, kyuujutsu, bojutsu and several other japanese martial arts to elementary schools and above.

Japan offers an alliance with Italy, for both economic and art purposes. Japan wants to both share and bring japanese art to Italy and spread it slowly around Europe.

As wanting to help with the nano tech with India, Japan also starts developing new ways of transportation, attempting in creating transportation like trains and buses that are controlled and driven robotically (like the cyride buses in Ames, except it's driven robotically and programmed to stop and pick up people at certain bus stops. The same for the trains except it's a monorail. Those of you who like to watch anime, try watching an anime called "Toaru kagaku no Railgun" or "A certain scientific Railgun". But unless it's too much of something, dont watch it. For those who watch it, you will see why the city is called Academy City. The USSR denies any connection with the agents on US soil, as they actually hadn't sent any to that country (yet). They remain suspicious of Japan, not particularly caring about the loss of the alliance so much as keeping trade open. After all, the EU is gone. Meanwhile they continue keeping good relations open with Korea, China, India, the USA, and a bit with Japan.

Japan, appearing to be in a good mood, offers a helping hand to any country that is in need of help with any type of technologies, including the technologies for military purposes.

Japan will also host an International Orchestra for any musicians to enter. The orchestra is mainly to improve ties with other countries or create new alliances as this is also a weapons free concert, so please, do not bring any type of weapon. For any country who wishes to represent them selves must contact the Japanese director for this orchestra. This is a concert for any professional musicians who want to play alongside other musicians. The concert will be held in 3 months and will be held at the Mariinsky Theatre Concert Hall in St. Petersburg, Russia (though we need the permission from the Russians.).

the USA is willing to trade arms of all kinds except strategic at a reduced price to Japan and India in exchange for assistance in it's space and anti-missile programs. The US also begins to build up consumer manufacturing, recalling millions of jobs from China, while beginning a build-up of pies for the recently approved Olympic sport. The US also decides to begin nuclear testing in an attempt to better understand the affects of Nuclear Fallout, and how to better treat it.
