November assumed that Lucario was pointing up ahead of where the group was going. I am not quite sure if Kris is in that direction.

Wouldn't Shadow-Fur be able to communicate? There are numerous Lucario capable of communicating via some sort of Aura-based telepathy.

Shadow-Fur isn't used to other humans and they have to accept him for any type of communication, until then it's a bad party game. There are slight side effects, slight aura sight for fifteen minutes (six to ten posts) which blends in with regular sight.

Basically we're in the underground base of Pitchblende Industries, a Mega Corp that by all appearances is attempting a world takeover. We believe they're trying to kick off an earthquake that would devastate and entire continent; so far what we've seen is that they've also synthesized Mega Stones.

An admirable goal if he could even get anywhere near the thing in the first place. In order to catch up with the damn thing in any meaningful amount of time he'd have to be moving fast enough the friction with the air would turn him into finely powdered charcoal.

A point: Desmond knows this, or something like it. That it's pretty much impossible to stop the thing right now, hence why he's going into BSOD mode. Serena doesn't; as far as she knows Riley is offering a last-ditch effort to stop the cataclysm. She doesn't know it's impossible, she just knows that if there's a chance to stop the deaths of millions they have to take it.

What if there were a wind shield protecting the group? Keeps them in one piece but will fail due to a major use of aura. PS made change to League post.

A windshield wouldn't be enough justification. This would assume the Lucarios are capable of making that speed, which is iffy in and of itself, but there's no freaking way Riley could manage that speed. We're talking Flash-level superspeed. I'm pretty sure that nothing short of Legendaries and not even most of those can make that level of speed.

And no, you haven't got a Legendary, nobody has.

Just trying to save lives and he is flying over wildlife right? He would be taking some aura as he flew. Thus adding some slight turbo to his platform. He is even tearing into his reserve aura and consequently tearing himself apart.

He'd be flying over wildlife that may or may not still be there. Plus, "slight turbo," is still nowhere near adequate to explain exceeding 8 kps and you'd have to exceed that by a LOT just to catch up with the damn thing.

Riley is not Barry Allen. If he's capable of reaching that sort of speed he's BLATANTLY overpowered.

You still have left out the part where Riley doesn't have anywhere near the juice to move at 8+ KILOMETERS per SECOND. Good grief, what part of that being impossible is escaping you? This isn't DC Comics!
