Spain decides to avoid more enemies, to let the Caribbean islands go. Three major countries form: Cuba, Dominica, and Puerto Rico. Many of the plantation owners who will govern the islands via parliaments are still loyal to Spain and will continue to trade with Spain.

Spain offers to end the war with France, in return it will recognize Morocco. France has to promise however, to keep its former possessions in the America's out of Aztlan's reach.

Germany and Austria have managed to bring Poland's economy into stability. Whilst doing it, Germany and Austria have virtually taken over the Polish government.
