Felix puts on the crown and grabs the cloak from whoever it landed on and fastens it around his neck.

Re: Storm The Castle
The rope, meanwhile, was attached to a railing on the palace balcony.
Up above was a slight movement...ever so slight. Then the palace groaned, the ice creaking as though in a sudden wind, and a torrent of snow slid off the balcony, cascading down the side of the castle onto the climbers' heads.

Felix falls back down into the soft snow, wrapped in the cloak.

Lydia and Leofsig let out some not so tuff screams as the snow came down on them

Re: Storm The Castle
The snow was not helping, Rudolf thought. Anywhere out of that wind would be nice.

Re: Storm The Castle
After the snow, the part of the railing the rope was looped around snapped off, sending the remaining three climbers down to land in the pile of fresh snow.

Re: Storm The Castle
The wind died down quickly. Any of the climbers with sharp eyes who looked up would see that the railing appeared to now be undamaged, the section the rope had been tied to evidently having regenerated.
Re: Storm The Castle
Lovsig saw the regenerated part "Well well that is interesting"

Re: Storm The Castle
The fur trader mumbles some insult under his breath, and starts to walk towards the castle.

Re: Storm The Castle
As they rounded the palace heading for the main doors via the staircase, the minute the first of them (Leofsig) set foot on the first staircase a stiff wind rose, buffeting him in the face and pulling a stinging barrage of snow from the mountainside.
Re: Storm The Castle
"Goddess save us." Felix says covering himself with the cloak.
