Ellis nearly shot Francis before he recognized him and lowered his Magnum. "So didja find Nick?" He gladly accepted the Molotov.

[Tassadar]

"didn't see him" I respond as I begin to break down my shotgun for cleaning. "Wanna go find him?"

[Flagmauth]

[Out of curiosity why're you using first person? You don't strike me as a first-person person.]

"Yeah we probably better."

[Tassadar]

[first thing i thought of]

"You get point then. Last place i saw him was there" (points up street)

[Flagmauth]

"Okay. Hey Nick! Where are ya?!" Ellis started down that way, looking around and calling for Nick. He kept his Magnum out and at the ready, however.

[Tassadar]

Putting my shotgun back together, I follow close behind, watching for any signs of infected in the buildings on our flanks and rear. Unnerved by the uneasy silence, I begin singing to myself quietly

"One hundred bottles of beer on the wall, one hundred bottles of beer...kill a zombie, chug it downnnnnnnn...ninety-nine bottles of beer on the wall. mmmm-mmm-mmmmm-mmninety-nine bottles of beer, kill another zombie..."

[Flagmauth]

[I request you use third person. Is hard to read first person.]

"It's too quiet out here. That's bad, innit? Because this one time Keith..." Ellis rambled.

[Sheogorath]

Fenix and Taethos: Suddenly, a giant piece of concrete comes flying through a nearby building, barely missing Ellis' head, utterly destroying the car behind him. It is followed by a Tank rushing at him, leading a horde of common infected.

[Flagmauth]

"Holy s***! TANK, TANK, TANK!" Ellis said, again unnecessarily, hurling his Molotov in the process and then shooting while de-Ellising the area.

[Tassadar]

Providing covering fire, Francis immediately takes cover in a near-by building, taking a couple shots at the infected, then quickly dashing to another position to do the same thing again.

[Sheogorath]

Spotting the closer target, Francis, the burning Tank tears through the wall, throwing Francis into the opposite wall. It pulls apart the wall, preparing to continue the assault.

[Flagmauth]

Ellis keeps firing at the tank, pausing only to reload or kill any Common Infected. He makes sure to keep in the same general area as Francis; he didn't survive the Infection this long by allowing Special Infected to get him on his own.

[Death*Knight]

Nick, for no reason, had been knocked out from something while he was running. The good news, no zombies came over to eat him or rape him. Bad news: His head was bleeding and he had a bloody headache.

"Damn......" groaned Nick as he slowly sat up, holding the side of his head with a hand. His axe was next to him. His shotgun was a few feet away. He gently got up to his feet, feeling sore all over. Picking up both his axe and shotgun, Nick took out a bottle of pain killers, taking some to ease the pain. Seeing that he had been seperated from the group, Nick quietly cursed:

"Shit."

(Sorry guys, last night I had a mound of homework. APUSH stuff kinda took forever for me and, well, I had a big headache at that time. So yeah, give me a little break and I apologize.)

[Sheogorath]

Fenix and Taethos: As the Tank raises its fists to pulverize Francis, you both hear a whistling sound, followed by several grenades exploding into the Tank's back. The Tank turns around to an axe to the face. Roaring one last time, the Tank falls limp. It collapses to reveal Bill, who looks quite angry.

"What the hell are you doing, Francis?!"

[Flagmauth]

"Hey Bill. Uh, you seen Nick anywhere? He got himself lost and we've been tryin' to find him."

[Sheogorath]

"Aw shit. We don't need this right now".
Bill pulls Francis up, helping him walk.
"Lets get Francis back over to the safe room and patched up. Then we can look for your friend. We'll live through this, but we have to get going. These things are like a brush fire: they don't discriminate. They just burn up every damn thing in their way".

[Death*Knight]

Back to where Nick is.....

"Ugh, those bastards better not have left me behind" muttered Nick, walking towards the rendezvous point (he's pretty much walking the opposite direction of the rendevous point, so this will be, um, interesting. Enjoy). He let out another curse, his head still throbbing from the pain but not bleeding anymore.

A lone zombie shuffled out from behind the car in front of him and moaned at Nick, apparently trying to say "BRAINZ!!!!!" but only coming out in a more distinguished cry of "Mwaaa!!!".

Nick simply took out his shotgun and shot it's head off.

"And Happy New Year to you too!" grumbled Nick, putting his gun away and walking past the now dead zombie.

[Tassadar]

"Jesus, I hate those motherfuckin tanks. I owe an ass bill". Francis, in a daze that makes him seem more drunk then anything, starts mumbling about an office before passing out.

[Flagmauth]

"Ah s***. Safe room's this way, Bill." Ellis said, indicating the direction with a jerk of his thumb. He picked up Francis' dropped shotgun and checked to make sure it was loaded.

[Tassadar]

"Ooooowwwww... I either got my ass whooped by a tank, or I had a good night out... Anyone got some pills?" Francis says as he fades back into consciousness.

[Flagmauth]

"I got some pills here." Ellis fished them out of his medkit and handed the bottle to Francis.

[Death*Knight]

Suddenly, there's a faint but equally loud explosion. Nick, apparently, had used a bit of his brains and blew up a huge group of swarming zombies by blowing up a an abandoned gas station (he shot from a little farther range). There is a possibitlity of others having to here or see the explosion.

"Yippee Kaiiyee, MotherF******!!!!!" yelled Nick, watching as the swarm of zombies burst into flames.

[Tassadar]

"thanks" replied Francis, completely oblivious to the explosion. "now, gimme my gun back"

[Sheogorath]

Seeing the explosion, Bill hands Francis over to Ellis, along with a combat shotgun.
" I think we just found your friend. Hold on to Francis, I'll get him".
Bill runs off in the direction of the explosion.

[Flagmauth]

Now with the combat shotgun, Ellis handed the other one over to Francis, then proceeded to use his medkit to heal him.
