Troy's goal on entering the War was to acquire as many Servants as he could. If Jeanne and Ike show up and are willing to contract you can bet on Troy offering them a job.

i would like to play the grandchild of shirou emiya Acher of fate stay night
he pasted down his strengthening reinforcement but not the projections.
so i could reinforce weapons but i cannot make weapons. so the farest thing we have gotten of emiya projection is the reinforcement of our own bodies.

Impossible. The War in the new Fate RP will be the fifth one - i.e. Shirou would most definitely not have grandchildren. In fact he doesn't even live through the end of Four in this particular timeline - nor do Kiritsugu and Kotomine.

Also, a personality and motivation bit is preferred. Your character can get screwed out of their selected Servant - if their class slot has been filled - in which case the Grail reverts to default mode, matching Servants to the Master's personality.
