Four hours later, after a sleepover at Einzbern manor (Kirika relaxed considerably once she was back aboveground), the sun had risen and it was now eight in the morning.

Gereon burst into the room with kirika and vince sleeping. "Rise and sine, upsy daisy, or whatever you japanies people use to wake up kids nowadays. OHH come on."
He walked up and began shaking kirika who was actually on the far side of the room.
"Wake up, don't make me go get my tuba or even worse my violin and play flight of the Valkerie in your ear." he said with a large grin on his face .

He had barely touched Kirika when he found himself lying on the floor next to her bed, head throbbing. Going back over what had happened, it seemed she had reacted rather badly to his chosen method of imitating an alarm clock and smashed the side of his head into the bedpost.

She seemed to realize what had happened a moment later. "Oh crap, sorry! Are you alright!?"

"What! What happened!" Gereon said looking up seeing kirika siting on the bed looking concerned. He freaked and reached up to touch the side of his head and fleet a moist liquid in his hair.
"WE'RE UNDER ATTACK EVERYONE TAKE COVER!"
HE then entered what could only be described as Freak Out Panic Mode. For he then proceeded to grab kirika yet again. Pull her off of the bed and drag her under the bed with him as he scrambled under at frightening speed. He the emitted a yelp in german at vince who was still asleep. as he reached out his hand towards him controlling the bed so its wooden frame grabbed and through him under neath the other bed into gereons arms.
He then huddle there under the bed with both his arms around the two.

Unfortunately for him, Kirika wasn't about to be dragged out of bed. This time Gereon just wound up with his arm locked behind his back in a very painful position. "Kid, touch me again and I break your arm, got it?"

Gereon scratched his head thinking and as he did so the blood sept back into his head. Then he looked out the window to see the very beginning of day break and looked at the time.
"Right we're suppose to be somewhere? Attacking someone. And I had presents and a great battle plan. Involving Lancer and little vince, Right i think i'm caught up. Now Time was of the essence i think i don't know. Did i ever tell you my plan?"

"You didn't have one. We were going to have Vince confuse them with illusions and then Lancer was going to attack Saber, I think."

"And that's about all i remember great. well there goes my well thought out plan. well let's take one step at a time, let's get vince up and let's get you youngsters some weapons."
He then preceded to pick up the sleeping vince and carry him to the armory.
"Fallow papa hereon child it's Christmas time. Wait my a0ppologies you didn't like begin called child or anything like that, so before it becomes a habit what was your name Fräulein?"

Vince wasn't too enthusiastic to be woken up and slowly got out of bed. Or more accurately he remained sitting there silently, clearly tired.
