Curt got off of the fire escape and walked to the guy that got caught by the tentacle zombie and looked at him in a way that apologized for leaving him at the mercy of the preacher man. Then Curt reloads hid gun, ten rounds left. Then he looks at the cut to see that it wasn't as bad as he though earlier.

Derek looks up after reloading his gun and smiles when he sees the man who left him in the lurch. "Hey man, what the heck was that thing?" he asks as he checks how much ammo he has left, 5 clips left.

Curt bandages his wounded hand. He then gave the man his license to show his name was Curt Soul before taking it back. He slips the rifle's strap over his body then points towards the man with the cross. The look he gave the man in front of him asked "Who is that guy?"

"Name's Derek Stane, I heard the car horn and knew that couldn't be good, ran over here to ahve my feet cut out from under me by a llong tendril."

Smiles shakes Derek's hand with his unharmed hand but points at the other guy with a questioning look.

Curt turned to the man wearing the cross and gave him a look that asked "Who the heck are you?" while keeping a kind tone. [Curt dosen't talk at all, he only looks at poeple and you could feel what he was trying to say, just fyi]

Curt shivers slightly then mouths 'Big One But More Close By' to Grigori as Curt himself readys his suppressed rifle. He looked like he was having fun with this.

As Derek runs around the corner, he finds himself confronted by a zombie so fat it's almost ridiculous. Bulbous tumor-like growths sprout from around its face and neck. It spots Derek before he can close to melee and suddenly vomits, launching a spray of disgusting green bile at the Survivor. It gets all over him and runs into his eyes, effectively blinding him temporarily. What's worse, it seems as if the smell is attracting yet another horde...
