The remaining loyal "former-criminals" are quietly given minor government jobs and encouraged to give up their life of crime.

De Silva also frees politcal prisoners and ends any and all human rights violations by Brazil, while offering these prisoners restitution and government advisory positions.

He maintains previous economic policy for the most part, but expands international trade, and works to expand Brazilian Global Importance, sending musicians of excellent talent to all available music competitions, offering scientists for aid in international science projects, and proposing a celebration at Brazilia (the capitol) for the all the great powers

Italian wine, UK Tea, US Coffee, Irish whiskey, and etc. will be provided free of charge by Brazil, which shall purchase said beverages to ease tensions in the UK Ireland Region
