Ireland Finishes its Mining colonies and begins to mess around with the Dwarf Planet Ceres. In which, Ireland's new Capitol Colony and sub-Colonies resides. It is a very large Body which Ireland is working on Multiple Terraforming projects on the inside. Its tunnles are perfectly Sealed now and have Free Flowing oxygen.

(Also just leave the Irish alone for now. They really are no Threat Currently, just trying to survive now that they have in a sense been banished from Earth. Lucky for the Irish the Asteroid belt is filled with More resources than old Ireland, and most of Earth itself. Oh and they found more Astatine than on Earth =P)

Several of the large objects begin floating towards the asteroid belt. America has announced that several harmful chemicals have been found in the Irish Whiskey, and begins to produce a replacement that's lead-free, but tastes just the same. World health is expected to sky-rocket.

Following some religious strife across the Empire, Brazil sends the army to officially slap peoples wrists for any violence that occurred. They then designate a day in August to formally welcome Muslims and in Africa and the Middle East into the Empire with Christians in Brazil and Africa. The celebration is a spectacular success, with friendship and peace breaking out continent to continent.

Several groups organize terror bombings on the day, but these are all caught in major cities, with the exception of a bomber who blows himself up in the harbor district at Rio de Janeiro. No one is hurt in the one bombing, and even very little property damage is done, as the whole district is deserted for the festivities downtown.

Highlights from the festival are Emperor de Silva attending Mass led by an Imam in Brasilia Cathedral, a joint prayer by Bishops and Imams at the Statue of Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Christian worship in Mosques in northern Africa and Saudi Arabia, and even Christians and Muslims laying down to rest by each other in Mecca.

Eager not to miss out, the Jews join in, and are happily welcomed by everyone. Brazil, despite, or perhaps because of not being a highly religious country, has achieved religious peace and understanding.

The World Celebrates with them, and Brazil invites the MIO to play in Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, Cairo, and Mecca soon as celebrants.

Ireland's Relations with Earth is Severally decreased. However Ireland remains in Contact with India through-out all this time.

The spy satellites following the dummy objects have accomplished their objectives, and return to earth while the arrogant Irish run back to the asteroid belt.

Religious conflicts are extremely low in Brazil, but that's what we have extremists for, no?

To all such countries with surveillance satellites, an alarming development is taking place. First off, the Chinese have a ridiculous number of missile silos deployed in Tibet, which appear to be for use by specially modified missiles. These are currently being stocked with the same missiles.

Meanwhile, a Korean ICBM is launched due to a control malfunction. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea quickly contacts Washington and asks that they employ one of their satellites to destroy it. The missile is currently heading south and east...

Japan, who has been quiet all this time, finally bares it's fangs.

First, the japanese who have been helping out America with their science techs. and researching, are launched and sent to the Japanese Space Station in the Asteroid Belt, where as a good gesture of friendship, Japan allows the Americans to tag along for their experience in the Station as to also help with transporting some cargo. The americans had insisted on helping with the transfer as to show their kindness and the small debt they owe for the help in the researches. The japanese also allow the Russians to tag along, knowing that the Russians would also like to take a look at the Space Station.

Norad scrambles to find an online satellite. many were offline to accept upgrades in hardware. 3 are found in an acceptable position to make the intercept, so all three will fire [meaning I will roll three times]. American scientist begin tracking the Nuke and attempting to find out where the missile is predicted to hit. So far, they have no luck.

The missile is destroyed. The other two satellites turn and fire the charged shots into space, with the last shot hitting an asteroid that was heading towards Earth.

The japanese also help by firing a specially charged Railgun at the Ireland Space Station, completely anhialating the Irish and leaving nothing but debris and tiny pieces of what was left of the Irish Space Station. Japanese gives them a silent prayer to show kindness.

Special US marines outfitted for space combat swarm throughout the Japanese station, preparing to repel the expected Irish attack. They join the Japanese in their prayer. They do not expect to make it back to Earth alive.

Car bombing in Brasilia kills 7. Expected to be the result of idiot extremists who don't like the concept of true Muslims associating with Christians and Jews and so are attacking the government they believe responsible.

With whatever stuff that was left, the U.S., the Japanese, and the Russians (who tagged along, i think), all cooperate and build a ship that they use to return back to earth.

Ireland is okay with the death of the Irish space station Debris, (considering Alex already Destroyed it) The Irish Far station was already moved to Ceres and used to help construct the Irish Capitol Colony Deep under its Massive Surface. (>.>)

Even if the Irish Space station was alive there was on one On Board. The Irish were going to leave the Japanese Space station in the Asteroid Belt Alone, but The Irish Decide against it.

(Also Shooting an Asteroid with a Laser would melt a hole in it. It would still be on a Collision course with Earth. Sense Light has no mass it cannot apply a force on the asteroid. Congratz you made a hole in an Asteroid. Also be careful asteroids come in many different types)

The Irish then Activate their Plasma Cannon Defense Grid. Preventing any Starships with in 10,000 Miles of The Asteroid belt. The Japanese Space Station is hit by one of the Shots, it is Incinerated.

[Plasma cannons, heh. Grossly inefficient. Your funeral. Also, the laser would transfer its energy to the object as heat, rapidly expanding the target and causing an explosion at the point of impact. That's the whole premise for laser weaponry, it'd do that before it burned a hole in the thing.]

The Chinese run through their final procedures, and then fire off all the new missiles. However, they do not head for any ground targets but instead streak out towards the Irish Belt Colonies. One or two are destroyed by the plasma cannons, but unfortunately for the Irish ICBMs are ridiculously hard to track and/or destroy with weapons (even Plasma Cannons) and these are more so; without the friction of dealing with the atmosphere these missiles are heading towards them much faster than an ICBM targeted at a city. Of course they're all nuclear warheads too. When within range, the missiles deploy their warheads, each of which is also guided, and the Irish space station is all but annihilated. Ceres too; the Chinese have some of their missiles designed to penetrate and burrow into the dwarf planet before exploding when near Irish underground structures. The attack is not perfect as several of the hastily constructed missiles malfunctioned, but joint Sino-Soviet intelligence has arrived at a rough estimate of 95% of the Belt Colony destroyed and the remainder horribly crippled and likely to die of lack of supplies or life support failure.
