Jack say that he didn't even need to use HIS powers with the two mages around but he looked at the shop owner and pulled out a dagger from his belt "give me your clothes so I can change from these prisons ones"

"What's a thaumaturge?" Julios asks, not sure if he wanted to hear the answer. After all, the previous conversation he and David had with the mage kind of hinted that the mage is a little perverted.

One of the fireballs struck right in front of David. He could feel the intense heat from the fireball. However, David knew his armor was made of better stuff than the run-of-the-mill guards. David charges at Smoldar sword ready to block incoming projectiles "come here little piece of sorcerer scum!"

The blacksmith yelled back "I am not a criminal. They stole my clothes!"

"Are you out of your mind?!" Octavion whispers to Jack. "They would definitely notice the difference between you and that middle-aged man!"

"I think," Julios says, drawing his sword and pointing it at the prisoners, "that you are the escaped convicts we are looking for. I would know because I would recognize my brother anywhere on any day of the week. So all four of you- excluding the blacksmith- put your hands up and get up against the wall. You are under arrest!"

"You tried to steal mine with this dagger" jack yelled "and try and take my clothes that's why he's naked but I took it from him when he was changing" jack tries to use his wolf intimidate.

"I have just as much dirt on my face as he does so they can't tell from that" jack wisperd.

(Jack in wolf form?)

A large amount of guards follow David, though they are still a minute or so behind (if the group wants to make a run for it, now would be the time).

"Why should I believe you?" Julios asks Jack. "My brother- who was in prison not too long ago- just whispered to you and you have the exact same hair-style, hair color, eye color, height, and build of one of the prisoners who escaped. That leads me to the conclusion you are one of the prisoners who escaped. So drop the dagger and get up against the f***ing wall! And keep your hands where I can see them!"

"And besides," one of the guards adds. "The blacksmith who works here is one of my friends. And he looks absolutely NOTHING like you. He's heavier than you, he's balding while you have hair, he's shorter than you, and he speaks in a gruff voice, which you don't seem to do. Therefore, you are the prisoner we are looking for and you will be taken back to the prison."

(you wouldn't have heard that wisper) "first off arnt there a lot of people with the same hair color eye color and weight just like me and even if I was why the hell would I steal blacksmith gear"jack said then turns to the other guard " I never said I owns the place I work here as one of the smith hands so yeah I wouldn't think you would know me because I don't know you"

David cursed at mages. Too darn unpredictable. Well, at least the last prisoners had no magic. David charges at Octavian sword ready.

(Armor of the generic guards is of iron or leather or none [too lazy to wear it]. David's armor is much better quality)

Smoldar drags off a dead guards corpse and tries to pull the same trivk, making sure the guard was just a grunt and wearing a somewhat concealing helmet.
He walks back through the front of the shop.

"Excuse me, i'm here to assist the detainment of the prisoners." He tries morphing his voice into a gruffer one.

Octavion manages to block David's attack.

"Really?" Octavion says in a sarcastic tone. "Attacking an innocent civilian? That'll earn ya a promotion right to the streets."

"Innocent civilian my @$$!" Julios snarls to Octavion.

"Oh right. You're here." Octavion says as he remembers his brother was in the room.
