The northerners laugh, seeing that one of theirs is stuck in the ground telling them to get him out. Their leader tells his translator something "Tœl dem at go vœk fra prœsten. Vi har ikke noget mod dem men vis vi skal bruge gevalt, så skall de hag gevalt [tell them to move away from the priest. If they want to fight they shall have the opportunity to do so]"

The translator tells the group correspondingly. The northerners unlike the guards seem to know what they are doing. Their leader turns to a woman behind him (Ida)"Drœb ham [kill him]!"

The priest is trying to cling onto the edges of the hole, but as it is closing it is pretty evident that with the hole the priest would vanish.

The hole closed and with it the priest. The northerners applauded Ida's skill with magic. The translator asked where the hole led to...

The magic users in the party can sense that with the priests dead a magical message of some kind is emanating from where the priest died.

Zohar, the high priest of the Truth God was sitting opposite another lowly priest of Ocmontoc (catapult god). The priest opposite him was nervous, gazing into Zohar's grey eyes. The lantern that floated around Zohar suddenly lit up and the priest closed his eyes, but to his dismay even with his eyes closed the brightness remained allowing Zohar to see everything inside the priests mind. There was interesting things in the priests mind, but none of it useful.

Zohar had fruitlessly been attempting to find who stole the sword from the temple of Ocmontoc and why. Obviously it had great magical value, but what did the northerners need it for? Suddenly he felt the signal that Ida's dead victim had sent out. Demetrio was dead, but the northerners were nearby. He gestured to the five rune-priests behind him to head to the signals location.

As Anastasia attempts to ram into Ida, a bulky norman comes her way pushing his weight into her.

"De ved vi er her [they (Truth God followers) know we are here]" The northerners chief said. He indicated that they should make themselves scarce and head north.

Ida told Anastasia and the northerner to stop fighting. The Truth God priests had the resources to hunt the group down if they didn't leave and they know the priest is dead

The northerner released his grap on Anastasia and gave her a vary look. The northerners done killing the priest decided to pack up their things and head north. If the group wanted to follow they could.

In the distance, five horsemen cloaked in the Truth-gods white were visible. Still a half hour away...

Anastasia points her sword at Ida's neck. "You will pay for what you have done." she says in a low voice.

Octavion, meanwhile, runs over to Anastasia in case things got out of hand.
