Two things:

1. Is there magic in this role-play? (you were talking about a woman who could make an apple disappear).

2. Is the marriage official? After all, it wouldn't be the princess making the choice, but her parents who would most likely see the political opportunity of this arrangement.

No Ireland had a type of potatoes that is a little different then we have today.

And frenchie did you mean Bulgaria or the HRE because together they hold Greece (luft could you post the map in your first post in the OOC?)

And the answer to you questions luft yes there COULD be your country wouldn't know for sure because of the time magic and fancy stuff like that COULD be real but you don't know about it(I might be putting you in another world where things like that are possible ot I'm not tongue

) and even of he rolled a 20 on the finding magic thing it would have been the same and it's more of a trick the eye then real
Magic but you don't know until you find out for sure:)

And the second question yes her parents do choose for her but they also want to see if you will make her happy or not and what you will give for here hand( so they are a little greedy but also very kind)

I was also wondering Gaara what the NPC nations are doing. What is the political landscape in Europe currently? I know from history, there are Viking invasions, feudalism in much of western/northern Europe and so on. However, what is it in the RP?

Well for starters almost everybody hates Rome because of there power and there lust to fight and get more land. As well there are a lot of little nations like Ireland England and Scotland that have to team up to keep from being destroyed by the Romans and there is a stronger and a weaker party in all the little groups there is a lot of peace between Norway Finland Denmark and Iceland but they tends to stick with each other then going off on there own like the union Naples is in.

Anything else? Or did you want something different?

Well of its because of everybody hate the HRE don't be scared because they have jag started trade with Ireland and Norway so you would have a better chance to become peaceful with them backing you.

Actually, the HRE has nothing to do with Rome. It is basically Germany with northern Italy attached. According to Wikipedia their capitals throughout the HRE's existence were Regensburg, Aachen, Frankfurt, Prague.

Well, the HRE has nothing to do with Rome. The other Rome is basically the remenants of the Eastern Roman Empire (Constantinople is sometimes referred to as the 2nd Rome).
