Oh yeah, and also, I kind of screwed up with the capital of Russia when I suggested Moscow for the conference. The Capital is not Moscow, but Saint Petersburg. So, yeah, that's where I meant to have the conference.

Here is the currently situation. Spain, Morocco, Russia and Aztlan want the war ended. Britain and France keep fighting. Austria just stopped helping France and Portugal as one of the richest nations has a decision to make: join the war or help stop it.
