The fortress is completed and the Mandarin, Doctor Doom and the Wizard make it fly towards New York City, hoping that the New York signals/radar(s) are jammed.

The fortress continues floating in the direction of Stark enterprises. A helicopter coming too close got blasted down. Perhaps this fortress wasn't too friendly.

The blasters kept shooting at Iron Man. Multiple bursts of energy shot out at him, simultaneously and the people aiming them were getting better at aiming.

Doom Bots were standing on top of the fortress walls, equipped with plasma guns. The Control Center was to the back of the fortress with one entrance...via the courtyard bustling with Doom Bots.

The Doombots immediately closed in on their advisory, shooting plasma at him. Doctor Doom was admiring his work outside the front doors leading to the control center.

The Castle had meanwhile made its way close to Stark Enterprises and a laser appeared beneath the castle. Guess where it was aimed.
