Spidy sees the quinjets and starts swinging towards them. Once he caught up to them he landed on the windshield of the one in front "Are you guys the good weather people because the last meteorologist just got sacked"

[Flagmauth]

The Sentinel flying the quinjet waved his arm for Spidey to get off.

[Helsing]

"I want a ride, can't help a brother out"

[Flagmauth]

The Sentinel gestured again - if Spidey wanted a ride then get the hell off the windshield so he could actually fly the damn thing.

[Helsing]

Spidy gets off the windshield and stays on the top of the quinjet

[Flagmauth]

That quinjet, along with the others, adopted a holding position between the city and the approaching fortress.

The center one, which had the Thunderbolts' insignia on it in place of H.A.M.M.E.R.'s, opened its bay door and a familiar pink-winged figure flew out, landing on the quinjet across from Spider-Man. Songbird wondered why she had agreed to this - apart from the obvious that she'd been ordered to. Spidey didn't like her, she didn't like him, in all likelihood he'd web up her mouth before she could even talk to him.

She sighed, her wings disappearing. Evidently Spidey wasn't as perceptive as the file claimed - he was still looking at the fortress. Raising her hands in a placating "I'm-not-going-to-attack-you" gesture, she called out to him over the quinjet's engines. "Spider-Man!"

[Helsing]

"Now you come out. I thought you would have come out to talk when I landed on the jet" Implying he knew she was there.He swings over to SB "You know anything about this?" he says pointing at the fortress

[Flagmauth]

She shook her head. "No, we don't. Look, you can't be here." She held up a hand to stop Spider-Man's response. "Not because you're unregistered - Iron Man's unregistered too. We'll deal with that later. You in particular can't be here."

[Helsing]

"Because you read the daily bugle?"

[Flagmauth]

Songbird rolled her eyes, exasperated. "Look, this isn't optional, this isn't up for debate, it wasn't even my decision. Stand down and let us - and Iron Man - handle it."

[Helsing]

"So the fact that I can beat you means you want me out of it?"

[Flagmauth]

The white-haired heroine bristled. "Stand. Down."

[Helsing]

Spidy turns around "I have a question for you. Where were the thunder bolts when Electo attacked New york?"

[Flagmauth]

"We were dealing with a HYDRA cell based out of Des Moines, we can't be everywhere at once, you moron."

[Helsing]

"Yah clearly. The Heros are out saving the day somewhere else. I was the only one to help the people of this city against that threat. I wasn't enough and because I wan't enough people died!" Spidy closed his fist so hard SB heard something crack.

"I don't want anyone to die because the ones protecting them aren't enough. I'm staying"

[Flagmauth]

"How about this. I'm a federal officer, and I'm ordering you to stay the hell out of the way. The Thunderbolts have a total of nine members now and we've been training with each other for the better part of three weeks, even though Osborn's dead. Add to that the fact that there's an Avenger, of all people, also helping out here. You said it yourself - you weren't enough."

[Helsing]

Spidy was silent for a moment "Whats my file say?"

[Flagmauth]

"Everything S.H.I.E.L.D. had on you is on the internet already. Beyond that, I can't tell you anyway." Songbird pressed a hand to her earpiece and listened for a second. She sighed, then, not without difficulty, she spoke again. "Look, we'd appreciate your help under normal circumstances even if you're technically a criminal. But we cannot have you involved here, and I can't tell you why. You'll find out anyway - even if you don't hide out somewhere and at least watch (which I doubt) it will be all over the news by the time this is over."

[Helsing]

Spidy was about to jump of the Jet when he stopped "Is Harry Osborn Ok?"

[Flagmauth]

"As far as I know." That wasn't very far - she didn't even know off the top of her head whether Harry was alright or even where he was but Spider-Man didn't have to know that in order to get him out of the way.

[Helsing]

"Thanks I guess. By they way you see me as a criminal?"

[Flagmauth]

"You are a criminal. SHARA, remember?" Deciding that Spidey would in fact back off, she reactivated her wings and flew back into the Thunderbolts quinjet. The two quinjets not carrying Spider-Man moved forward to engage the fortress.

[Helsing]

"SHARA is like the terms and registrations for computers. No one reads it" spidy says

[Flagmauth]

Songbird didn't bother to respond.

Off in the distance, Spidey saw the Thunderbolts deploy. Red Hulk, Songbird, Nano, Radioactive Man, and Atlas - all like he'd remembered. CV, who had died, was replaced by a similar-looking figure on what appeared to be a retooled V-Wing. Green.

Wait, Harry had been in Ravencroft, right?

Another new figure, repulsor jets glowing at the bottom of his feet, appeared. This was followed by a low, electronic-sounding tone. Spidey knew that tone, as electricity sparked into existence next to two convulsing Doombots, coalescing into a glowing blue humanoid figure wearing a suit of armor studded with capacitors.

Electro was back.

[Helsing]

Spidy had a processing look on his face for a few moments and then no one could see spidys jaw drop because of his mask. He fired a small line of webbing into the air, he watched it fall "Yep gravity works but reality doesn't"
