"Well that's all fine and dandy now but who was I fused with? "

[Helsing]

"Do you think I know what every heroic spirit in the throne looks like?" Aaron asked "Historical records aren't exactly descriptive. According to the fifth war King Arthur was female so anythings possible."

[A Blind Guy]

"wait, Arthur was a chick? Never mind, hopefully I'll get more of these memories as I make my way down town." TAkeshi says, starting to make his way through the city.

[Helsing]

"....You're in an apocalyptic hellscape and that is the first question you ask?" Aaron asks.

A second later "STOP! The hell are you doing!? I don't care what servant you're fused with, you can't go into the singularity without a servant. You need to summon your servant."

[A Blind Guy]

"Well then I'll just do the thing then!" Takeshi says, kneeling down into the street and making the summoning circle. Takeshi performs the summoning ritual.

[Helsing]

"Please let this work and you get someone.."

[Flagmauth]

(dramatic music)

Electric blue light sprang from the circle, energy blasting from it with almost physical force. Clearly, the Association's notes weren't exactly off-base when they repeatedly emphasized how strong the ritual was. The light increased in intensity until it became painful to look at, energy shaping itself within the bounds of the circle into a humanoid form, kicking up a cloud of dust from the surrounding terrain.

Almost as suddenly as it had begun the buildup stopped, the glow dying away. Now standing in the center of the circle was Takeshi's Servant...who was definitely not what one expected an ancient warrior of legend to look like. Probably had something to do with the fact that he'd apparently summoned Caster.

His new Servant was breathtakingly beautiful. Her hair was the rosy color of the western sky at sunset, and bound up with a bow into a ponytail that fell to her waist. Her eyes were a curious golden color, certainly nothing that a natural human should have. And she was dressed in an ancient Japanese robe of deep purple, bordered in black and gold...though admittedly a fair bit more revealing than Takeshi had ever seen in any textbook.

That said, easily her most notable features were the large set of fox ears atop her head and the bushy tail that matched them. Huh.

Caster smiled radiantly, looking rather pleased with the whole situation. "No need to worry, Master! With me as your bride, nothing can stand in our way!"

...did she really just say bride?

[A Blind Guy]

Takeshi, taken aback by her opening statement, bowed in respect. "Greetings servant Caster, My name is Takeshi Zarado and odviously I am your master. Now, did you just say bride?

[Helsing]

"...Worthwhile. Did she just say bride?"

"She looks nice."

"Mashu! Get off the mic!"

[A Blind Guy]

"While I don't disagree, is this the best time to be talking about marriage?"

[Helsing]

"Get a fling in while you're still young."

"Mashu, get back to the lab."

[Flagmauth]

Caster, who had thus far been interrupted every time she opened her mouth to speak, scowled at that last bit before resuming her (presumably default) cheery expression. "Don't be silly, Master! There's no need to discuss marriage, as I'm already your bride!" Seeming to think the matter was dealt with, she tilted her head to one side. "But...How come there are a pair of voices in our heads?"

[A Blind Guy]

"That is something I haven't figured out yet, I haven't figured out alot about this world but we're apparently in Japan."

[Helsing]

"....I ship them."

"Mashu, please stop."

"Sorry one last thing, Caster, my boss Mr. Gate and I are your husbands helpers. We're going to be helping you on your journey."

[Flagmauth]

"Ahhh..." Caster appeared to think that over before deciding that yeah, sure, they probably were who they said they were. "Okay then." She turned back to Takeshi expectantly. She didn't really know what this journey was just yet but she'd play it by ear.

[A Blind Guy]

"Well, You've learned my name, might I know yours servant caster?" Takeshi asks.

[Flagmauth]

That got an interesting reaction. Caster immediately broke eye contact, looking off to one side nervously, her ears drooping slightly. "Actually...I'd really rather not tell you that, Master, if it's all the same to you."

[A Blind Guy]

Takeshi thinks to himself, no sence in pushing the issue at the moment, there were odiously more pressing matters to attend to. "I'm sure you have your reasons. Anyway, Shal we make our way into the depths of hell?"

[Flagmauth]

The fox-eared Servant perked up remarkably quickly when Takeshi didn't press into the issue. "Anything you say, Master!"

[Helsing]

"At least she's carefree." Aaron grumbles "Anyway, the only way to get the two of you out of the singularity is through the central disturbance. The eye of the storm if you will. You just have to make your way through the city and towards Ryuudou Temple. It should be in the forest on the far side of the city. According to my readings, the two of you have B ranked agility. Should only be a quick jog."

[A Blind Guy]

"Well, sounds simple enough I guess, Jogging through hell." Takeshi says, "Shal we head off then?" He asks Caster, gesturing in the direction they need to go.

[Flagmauth]

Caster nodded her assent, eager to get started with...whatever it was.

[Helsing]

The two servants went through the burning city. Soon, as they come too what looks like a bridge. Sitting atop the bridge, was a man in blue and black tights holding a red spear in his hand. He lazily looks over Takeshi and Caster "Yo. So there was someone still alive? Congrats, you're the first pieces of meat I've gotten to skewer in years."

[A Blind Guy]

"Well your request for Kabobs won't happen today, what the hell is going on here? and who are you/" Takeshi asks.

[Flagmauth]

Caster glared up at the spearman, a mirror materializing beside her in a flash of prana.
