"Whatever...you guys go on and do that." Dawn muttered, still not moving from her spot.

"Ok, suit yourself." Waren starts up the stairs but Kirliah is still next to Dawn, Waren looks back and nods at Kirliah and she teleports herself and Dawn to the top of the stairs.
"Good job Kirliah, now you didn't have to move an inch."

[Flagmauth]

Dawn didn't respond, just moaned and pulled her hat down over her eyes. "Tell me when it's over!"

'Onward." Waren says as he finishes his walk to the top.

"So Aaron, how do you suggest we go about making a fake legendary? It sounded good in theory, but I don't know how it will work in practice."

[A Blind Guy]

"I am extremely curious as well, all my attempts to synthesize pokemon have never ended well,lost a couple fingers by the way."

"Well, not so much making a fake Pokemon," Aaron says, "not exactly."

He turns around, stopping.

"I was thinking we use our psychic Pokemon to manipulate fire created by Larvesta and Litwick into the shape of Ho-oh, just long enough to convince Team Rocket that invading is a terrible idea."

[A Blind Guy]

"Hm... I like it." Waren says with satisfaction. "You think you're up to it Kirliah?" 
Waren's Kirliah nods and it's horns start to glow with anticipation.

[President WIN]

"Well, I'm ready to do my part." Venus looks around at her pokémon team. "You all ready?" 

The five pokémon all nod. 

Sigilyph nods the most confidently and flies into the middle of the air so that she can serve as a framework for the fake Ho-oh, and help form the flames from the inside. 

Metang closes its eyes, and prepares to use confusion to shape the flames into the image of Ho-oh it remembers clearly with its computer-like brain.

Pawniard sits down in a meditative posture and prepares to sharpen the appearance of Ho-oh in the minds of team rocket, striking fear deeper into their hearts.

Ralts prepares to work hand-in-hand with Waren's more powerful Kirlia, its own horns glowing in sympathetic anticipation.

Finally, Solosis drifts to float by Metang, and prepares a Supreme Bulwark over Sigilyph, signaling that all five are ready to begin the "summoning" of Ho-oh.

Venus smiles at the teamwork of her pokémon, and turns back to her friends, grinning. "We're ready. Everyone else get ready, and then give us some fire!"

[A Blind Guy]

"Where are we going to get some fire?" Waren asks.

[Flagmauth]

Dawn sent out Litwick and told it the plan, apparently having adjusted slightly to the fact that she was on top of the tower. She still didn't look very happy at all, but at least she was moving and contributing.

'I can't help but wonder what's going on down there right now, with team rocket."

(I am assuming that since Team Rocket wasn't mentioned yet, May hasn't seen them)

May, waiting in her hiding place, began to worry that Team Rocket already went past her. After a little more waiting she decides to get closer to the tower, in case Team Rocket had already passed her.

"So, what do we do if team rocket sees through our shenanigans?"

Dragon has set up a few traps to slow Team Rocket down if they try raiding the town. He also had a clearview of the tower.

"Hope this plan works, because these traps won't buy us much time." Dragon says as he lets Bagon out of it's pokeball. It could feel its master's worry and tension so it tried its best to cheer him up. It worked and Dragon patted the pokemon on the head. "Thanks, I'm glad that you and I are partners."

Waren turns to Dragon. "Do you still have any of those charges left from the base? If so, I might have a plan that's a bit dangerous."

[Sheogorath]

Morty sneaks up with the rest of group.

"They seem to be still at the entrance, at least for..."

Morty is cut off by the sounds of marching coming from the entrance.

"Here they come!" he whispers, pulling out a Pokeball.

-----Meanwhile, at the Bell Tower-----

"Larvesta, use Flame Charge!"

Fire swirls around Aaron's Larvesta.

Litwick joined in with Flame Burst, assisting Larvesta.

Waren watches in awe as the Ho-oh is taking shape.

Dragon has fifteen Rockets in his traps but they start to freak out at the sight of something behind him.

"Oh curd, Bagon be ready to fight!" Dragon says hearing no response he looks at the little pokemon. "Bagon?" he says as he turns to where Bagon was looking and saw the Legendary pokemon Hooh flying above the tower. "Oh great. We're dead." Dragon said as Bagon grunted in agreement. The rockets that were trapped got loose and ran out of the pathway to the tower.

Waren sees a group of rockets running towards the tower and turns to the others. "Uh guys, we've got company." he says a little nervous .
