"Oh, tha's brilliant." Drostan said darkly. He hoisted the Duke up and proceeded to get out a length of rope and tie the man to a tree, relieving him of his sword as he did so. He got out a waterskin and dribbled some of the water on the Duke's face, trying to revive the obviously drunk man so he could extract more information.

Elvia once again stepped back a step, Drostan was getting way too violent. She wondered why Merlin wasn't keeping Drostan better in line.

[Sirius Lupin]

"Listen, young man," Merlin said in the Duke's face, "You are involved with the local Picton Cult. They want to free the Old One from his prison. To do so, they need someone of noble blood. Arthur happens to be of noble birth. The only one they had who has access to him was his mother's precious nephew. So you kidnapped Arthur, making you even more of a scumbag. You want to redeem yourself? Tell us where Arthur is right now!"

[Flagmauth]

Drostan, standing behind and to the left of Merlin, pulled out an unnecessarily large dagger and idly examined the blade, making sure that the Duke could see it.

[Sirius Lupin]

"Alright, fine." The Duke says. "There's a stone-circle nearby. THAT is where you'll find Arthur!"

[Flagmauth]

"Well, I s'pose ye can stay here while we check that out, eh?" Drostan stomped off in the approximate direction of the stone-circle.

[Sirius Lupin]

"Good idea, Drosten." Merlin says.

You follow Merlin to what is today called Stone-Henge. There, you see two fires lit on the two ends of the altar in the center of the circle. 5 guys in red robes surround the altar, chanting an ancient language. On the center is an infant no older than 6 months old.

[Flagmauth]

"Ach, bloody hell." Drostan spat in disgust. "What kind of pagan nonsense - OI!" He yelled at the robed men. "WHAT THE HELL D'YE THINK YER DOIN'?"

[Sirius Lupin]

The robed men are obviously startled, as they jump about 50 feet in the air. They turn around and look at the party with horror.

[Flagmauth]

Drostan pulled his claymore from its sheathe and shouted a battle cry before charging.

[OperaPhantom]

Elvia, realizing she doesn't have any sort of weapon, awkwardly follows.

Hearing shouts from the old stone circle, Ivor, emerged from the trees which made up the nearby forest, carrying a longbow over his shoulder competing for space with Ivor's hunting falcon. In his hand Ivor carried a rabbit by its ears, but dropped it as he saw that the stone circle had more entertainment to offer.

Ivor goes down to see what the fighting (?) is about.

[Sirius Lupin]

The robed men knock each other over running for cover from the party's charge.

Elvia thinks in the back of her mind that that was almost too easy, and is suspicious.

[Flagmauth]

Drostan continued to sprint after them, bellowing death threats as he went and brandishing his claymore.

[Sirius Lupin]

The robed men continue running for their lives. Merlin walks up to the altar and picked baby Arthur up off of it.

Suddenly, you hear a low growl. In the shadows near the pillar farthest away from you is a menacing figure.

(Perception check. Since it's dark, 15 or higher.)

[Flagmauth]

Drostan stops his pursuit and looks over in the direction of the noise.

[Flagmauth]

Through the darkness, Ivor sees an 8-foot-tall Minotaur. In its hands was a gigantic axe.

Drostan readied his claymore, facing the unknown being.

The Minotaur raises its axe, ready to do battle with the Scot.
