"Just a second," Venus says, "I think we have some unfinished business here. Beldum, kindly relieve our guests of the only remaining upright nature they have!"

"bel." Beldum agrees succinctly, and knocks the three grunts down, then keeping each one knocked out as needed.

Venus walks over to where they are laying, dazed. "Scum like you don't deserve such brave and loyal pokémon. You go around stealing other people's pokémon, now lets see how you like it." She reaches down and picks off each one's pokéball, before tying each one up.

"Now all we have to do is wait for Officer Jenny to arrive and arrest these crooks." She pockets two of the pokéballs. "My name's Venus, for anyone who didn't catch it. By the way, anyone want a Heatmor?" She says, extending one pokéball to her new friends.

"I am Luna." Luna says. "This is Pichu, Joltick, and Yanma."

She walks over to Nurse Joy. "I'm here for my Shift Nurse Joy."

Nurse Joy Hands her a Nurse's Cap. She puts it on and Heals the Party's Pokemon. Pichu Sits on the counter and puts a Bandage on Beldum's Scratch. "Pichu!"

Luna sets Joltick on the counter while she helps a few other customers. Nurse joy leaves the pokecenter. "I'll be back at Five with your pay check dear. Just remember to Help all the injured pokemon."

[President WIN]

Venus walks over to where Beldum and Pichu are sitting. By way of thanking Pichu, she sratches it behind its overlarge ears, getting shocked by static electricity in the process. She then hugs Beldum, thanking it for its ever-present support in her less than stable life. It always reminds her of her strong step-brother Steven.

[Sheogorath]

Suddenly, the doors to the center fly open and in walks a very large man with a strange twisted scarf. Noticing the defeated grunts, he says in a very low, clearly disappointed tone, "I should have known you three wouldn't be able to handle a simple retrieval mission. Clearly, I have to handle these scum."

With that, he sends out a very large Golurk. It seems to snarl at the group, eyes dark and angry.

Aaron gasps as the Golurk comes out, seeing a black-purple aura emitting from it. From what he can tell, nobody else can see it. He grabs his pokemon and hands everyone elses to them.

"Everyone, get out of here!"

(Strange Figure)
"Golurk, Shadow Break!"

A black aura covers the Golurk as it charges towards the desk of the center and the group.

[Doomwing]

Luna ducks under the counter after grabbing Pichu and Joltick. She shivers with fright. "Oh dear... this is not good."

[Sheogorath]

Aaron leaps out of the way as the Golurk crashes through the desk, destroying it and throwing Luna backwards.

"Now give up the Golett, and I might let you live."

[Doomwing]

Luna gets up her eyes Lit with fire. "You just broke Public property!" She stands up.
She Raises her hand. "Joltick! Tie it down with Spider web! Pichu Lower its Defense with Tail whip! And Yanma, Foresight To make it Hittable!"

[Sheogorath]

"Togepi, help out with Metronome!"

Iron Tail

Joltic surrounds the Golurk with webs, while Yanma and Pichu lower it's defenses. Togepi finishes with Iron Tail, slamming it with a powerful strike.

However, even with the combined attacks, the Golurk seems to almost unaffected.

"Are you done? Then allow me to finish this. Golurk, Shadow Rave!"

The Golurk strikes the ground with it's fist, sending dark spikes blasting out of the ground. Togepi, Joltic, Pichu, and Yanma go flying, along with everyone in the center. When the group looks up after the assault, the center is in shambles. Lights sputter and spark, the walls and ground are slashed, and the Golurk stands, motionless and terrifying. Aaron tries to stand, but collapses.

[Flagmauth]

Dawn, having been interrupted by this latest attack before she could introduce herself, stood up shakily. "What kind of move was that?" she wondered aloud, looking about for Litwick.

[Sheogorath]

"Ah, so one still stands. Golurk, crush her."

The Golurk appears in front of Dawn, grabbing her in its enormous hands. All looks grim when suddenly...

"Solarbeam!"
"Shadow Ball!"
"Focus Punch!"
"Flash Cannon!"
"Bulldoze!"

In a a lightning fast burst of attacks, the Golurk crashes to the ground. Looking up to what happened, the group sees none other than Blaine, Morty, Wattson, Byron, and Clay. The figure staggers at the sight.

"F-f-five gym leaders?! Here?!"

[Flagmauth]

Dawn, fortunately not caught beneath the Golurk as it toppled, was knocked back against the wall hard. "Ow!"

[President WIN]

Venus (who was about to do this anyway) release her new Pawniard and Solosis, along with the extra heatmor. The pokémon are at first confused, but then see the grunts tied up, and the new strange figure with his toppled Golurk, and they cheer.

Solosis jumps up and gives Venus a big kiss, Pawniard salutes her and shakes her hand, and heatmor gives her a warm hug. It's clear none of them liked the grunts very much.

"Pawniard, do me a favor and hold that man so he can't escape." Venus asks, and Pawniard advances on the mysterious figure. Beldum, meanwhile floats approvingly at her shoulder.

Being a rational being, he likes these new pokémon, and fights off the jealousy of sharing Venus with thoughts of all the new friends and battle companions he'll have.

Then Venus notes her biological father among the gym leaders who came to help. recognition passes before her eyes, but she says nothing, wondering if Byron even remembers the little girl he gave up.

[Doomwing]

(Hey dave, Foesight makes ghost types able to be dmged by normal types. Doesn't lower defenses.)
Luna sits up. She picks up pichu and yanma who has joltick on its head. She limps to the healing machine and puts them in their pokeballs. She then proceeds to activate it.
"g... give me your injured pokemon. I'll... heal them." She says removing her pokemon. She wipes blood from her nose.

[Flagmauth]

Dawn, rubbing the back of her head where it smashed into the wall, located and recalled Litwick. She hands the Pokeball to Luna so she can heal Litwick, then notices her injuries. "Are you okay?"

[Doomwing]

"i'll be fine." she says. she heals litwick and returns him to dawn. "Nurse joy is going to kill me." she groans.

[President WIN]

Venus hands over Beldum in its pokéball, as it was the only pokémon out when Golurk went on its rampage.

As soon as the healing is done, she lets it out again.

Dawn accepted Litwick's Pokeball with a nod of thanks.

"I'm sure we can reason with her," Aaron hands his Pokemon to Dawn "We can probably do something to fix this place up a bit."

Wattson puts his hand on Aaron's shoulder, "Sure we can."

Luna let's out Pichu and Yanma. "Got to clean up this mess…"

they begin to clean up the rubble from the desk. "Did I mention Nurse joy is going to kill me!?"
She says as she dumps a load of rubble into the trash.

She sees a Small Trubbish Scurrying away. "Trubbish… So many of them these days."

[President WIN]

"Heatmor, Solosis, Beldum, help out." Venus says, walking over to where pawniard is holding the mysterious figure to tie him up too.

[Sheogorath]

The figure sits up, chuckling.

"To think I would face so much resistance..."

You see him pull a pokeball out of a pocket.

"Farewell."

Out comes a Torkoal, which uses SmokeScreen. When the smoke clears the Figure is gone...

"Hopefully he will not come back..."

The Golett walks over to Dawn and hugs her leg.

"Heh, looks like it's taken a liking to you."

Dawn smiled. Crouching so she was at eye level with the Golett, she asked it "Would you like to stay with me and Litwick?"
