"Hey Aaron, how did you get to know so much about these legendary pokémon anyway?"

"I've lived in Johto my whole life," Aaron replies, "and I've loved Pokemon just as long, learning what I could about them. My family don't like Pokemon very much, so I had to learn on my own. I eventually ran away when they tried to take my Togepi away."

Venus smiles, a rare sight indeed. "That love of pokémon is commendable, Aaron. I love pokémon too, but I've never had the opportunity to study legendary pokémon. My family is so busy with the here and now. By the way, why on earth wouldn't your family like pokémon?"

"It is understandable why some folk may not like Pokemon. There are very dangerous Pokemon out there that are wild and not like the Pokemon we are used to." Luna says. "Theo once told me of wars fought with both sides using Pokemon to attack the other people in open combat. It isn't surprising that some parts of the world remember those wars and only think of Pokemon as weapons of war."

(Actually, upon looking it up, it would seem Metang is a bit smaller than I thought. It grows HUGE when it evolves though)

"Nothing to guard, Dawn; remember - no team rocket in Ecruteak yet. Warren, Metang can take me and Aaron. If your Kirlia could take the rest, that would be awesome. Metang, what do you say; you feeling up to it?"

Metang nods without hesitation or eagerness, but with determined decisiveness. It then grabs Venus and Aaron, and heads for the top.

(Out of curiosity, are we treating Luna as being with us, or not?

Oh, and not really relevant, but just so you have something ready, I was hoping I could somehow come into possession of a dawn stone around the time Warren's Kirlia evolves into Gardevoir.)

(Bane is by this point in either Arkham or whatever prison, depending. The plot moved on without him for the moment; we're waiting for Shini to post and if he doesn't get a move on I'll take over Deathstroke pretty soon.)

( In case I don't get the chance to post again, as of tomorrow, I leave for Europe.

I don't believe I'll have anyway to post, so just assume Venus goes along with whatever is happening.
