"Screw this" Mark says freeing himself and he starts running again. He tried to cover the distance but he knew he was to far away "If only I was faster" He thought. Then a yellow light engulfed him and in a instant he was within stricking distance of the block.

Mark slashed the block before it got a chance to fire a bolt "How did I do that?"

The Block Mark slashed explodes and the remaining block backed up as it spun its head about until one of Alistar's shots knocked it over the edge of the platform. After two seconds a pillar of light erupted from where the block fell.

"And that's why we don't fall over the edge." Aelita said calmly. She walked to Petra. "Try focusing on getting your staff back. Maybe that will get you out of the armor."

Petra was preoccupied, in the absence of the blocks, with examining the blades her hands had turned into. After a moment, she realized Aelita had just said something. "Sorry, could you repeat that?"

At least, that's what she was going to say. It came out as a sort of humming noise, rife with static. "Vmmmmmmmmzzzz"

Sounded like one of those big three-legged things from...what was it, Half-Life 2, or something? She'd played it once or twice back in Helsinki.

Mark reached Petra "Ok you have blades for hands and I can go Flash fast. Anything else you can do?"

"What, you mean aside from all this armor?"

Again, though, what she actually said was just a staticky noise. Does this ability have an off switch or something?

"Focus on you getting your staff back. It may be the switch for your ability." Aelita says as she turned to Mark. "You have the ability to Super Sprint. A good ability to have especially in the mountain sector."

Alistar looked around after the monsters had been taken care of for the moment, still looking rather stunned about everything.

"I can't believe I'm doing this," he said softly, still holding his guns.

"Yeah, I am," said Alistar with a laugh, twisting slightly to look at himself. He did manage to pull off the look, especially seeing as it appeared to be on the more tailored, form-fitting side. "I've also got a grappling hook," he said, putting one of his guns back to pull out the hook. Being a soft spoken person, he didn't yell.

Petra heard her this time and focused. After a moment, the armored plates retracted, forming once again into a bladed three-section staff. In the sudden light, she blinked. "That was...weird."

That prompted a grin as she folded the staff back up. "Thanks - wait, a suit? How come you're wearing a suit?"

"Heck if I know. I appeared like this," he said with a shrug, tugging on the lapels to push the jacket into place.

Petra blinked. "Well, it looks...nice." If incongruous, she didn't say. Some part of her was irritated that she and Mark were wearing what appeared to be pseudo-Medieval outfits (ignoring the exposed midriff and fingerless gloves, anyhow) and Alistar was wearing a tuxedo of all things.

She shook her head. Then again, they'd just been fighting killer building blocks that shoot lasers.

"Better than a purple cat." Aelita says as she looked around. "We need to find a glowing red tower, then go back home." She says as she looks around.

Alistar blushed a little and laughed softly. "Thanks. Never worn a tuxedo before," he replied with a smile. "All right," he said. He pulled out the grappling hook and fired at a mountain, letting himself be pulled up to a ledge on the cliff face. "I'll tell you if I see anything!"

Instead of firing at a mountain, Alistair shot a tall tree and halfway up he saw a faint red light to the east of them.

Alistar pointed in that direction. "I see something red in that direction!" he called, pulling the hook free and jumping back to the path.

"So we go towards the glowing red Saron's tower surrounded by monsters?"

Aelita smiled at this group's luck.

"That's the tower. Let's move." She says before running towards the tower.

"Uh guys, there is an angry mob outside the factory, have any ideas why?" Jeremy asked the group.

"I don't know Jeremy. Send Odd out to do recon." Aelita shouts before turning to Petra. "I go inside and deactivate the tower. Cutting the connection to the real world from this one. But don't worry, we will get home before you even left." She said with a knowing smirk on her face.
