Foolish, whats what we were. Should have kept our mouth shut, and not brought all this up. He turns around to look into the night. His eyes could see a very faint glow of a fire. Most likely bandits. His sliver eyes caught the glimmer of moonlight on the iced pools of the land around them. That deer was not very ... filling . Besides, humans were better for him, made for better feeding. Let him sate longer. He turns back and faces her. "There will, be no trouble. I will be sure of it. Forgive me for my rudeness." He stands up, then his eyes scan the land around them. "Giant lichen grow here, along with Fungal Pods. It may be wise for you keep your eyes open for some, if you do not have the intent of sleeping, Dragonborn." He gives a small bow, and grabs up his pack to walk out to the glint of fire.

Once Allenin was clear of the camp, he smiles to himself. He goes onto his knees, as he feels his skin crawl with his cursed transformation. He shifts, and gives a satisfied, low growl. He croons his neck, and listens to the people ahead of him. He stalks silently forward, inching his way by the tree line. A rabbit scatters underfoot, and he almost lunges at it. Wait, we will be full soon...

He looks down on the camp, spotting targets. He raises his head to howl, but stops himself. The Dragonborn will hear it, know its me..

Allenin gives himself to the beast within. He rushes down the slope, and has the first two on the ground before the others even have a chance to react. The smell of their blood, rushing in their bodies. Intoxicating and filling. He kills three, and feeds. His teeth rupturing organ, and bending bone. He lifts his head, blood dribbling down his chin, as he watches the last two run for their lives. He loved this part, watching the prey run in fear. He goes on all fours, and tackles them down, ending them in one swift blow. He wipes out the camp, and in his bloodlust, gives a chilling, deep howl into the night. He gorges himself, and when he is finished, he starts to feel heady and high. He stumbles down to the forest edge, the thrill of the hunt leaving him. He makes it out of the camp, and halfway to the dragonborn, when he falls to his side, and reverts. He feels cold in the blood that coats his arms and face. He drags himself to one of the ponds, and drinks. He washes his face, and then trembles. He almost vomits, as his beast blood begins to settle into a deep slumber.

Never sleeping. Always hungry. Some view it as a curse, others a blessing. To Allenin, it is just who he is. He redresses, and hunts the rest of the night. At the early break of dawn, he hauls in three deer into camp. (He had killed and stripped 5) The crimson sky and light clouds over the land begin to break into the drab and purple muck of the Morthal fog marsh. He tosses the deer down, and begins making breakfast. Chicken Eggs, with roasted venison & leeks, seasoned with frost mirriam & garlic.

"How in Oblivion did you kill three deer in one night?!" Even by Allenin's standard lack of sleep, that was damn impressive. Ilyssa would know; she had had to live off of hunted meat for a time.

Allenin winces as she yells her shock. He frowns, and only bows his head slightly. "Years of practice and need, Dragonborn." He spits to the side, and sits down. The meat was soft and warm, and he eats his fill. His mind buzzes with the memory of that night. Tasting the campers once again... He does seem a bit bothered by something, but he knew the dragonborn would not care enough to ask. Plus, he knew himself enough to know that he would never so foolishly and truthfully answer their questions anyway.

He... He remembered a bit about those dark days. He had tutors that had lived through those times. Ah, the lifespan of elves. The best way to shove power in the face of these racist and radical nords. Not that he favored the High elves. Besides, we all already know what he favors . So on that note, ne leans back in the morning sun, warming and basking for a moment. He knew that the crypt must not be too far off now. They would surely be eager to enter it soon enough.

And now he was acting as though he'd had too much to drink last evening...Ilyssa only deemed that more suspicious. Somehow. It didn't add up - he'd somehow gone out, gotten drunk (and he didn't have alcohol on hand, none of them did) and as a result procured thrice the necessary amount of meat.

What in the world...?

Allenin gives a nod, and his eyes twitch. He is tired of the way the dragoborn eye him. That woman and walking corpse, they began to annoy him. Yet, he knew it was just the changing of his mood. He forgot about how his mood shifted after a hunt. He guesses he never had anyone to notice his mood before. But it was daylight. They all had been fed. Now they needed to get the horn. Allenin stands up, and gears up. "Ready to move out when you are, dragonborn." He speaks, his voice sounding hoarse, like he had just got done yelling.

Allenin starts walking, scanning every inch of the area. He spots a rabbit, then a few of the bodies by the camp. He made a bigger mess than he thought. Bits of limbs are thrown about the entrance. He acts as if it is nothing, and keeps going. Maybe I can blame it on a bear.

Dragons? Never seen em' Allenin thought again. All this talk of dragons made him want to hunt them all the more. He gives a light shrug, and keeps moving to the ruins. He lights a torch from one on the scone and pushes open the heavy door to enter the dungeon.
