[A Blind Guy]

Sterling places his sword in front of him.

[Flagmauth]

"Um...no, they don't." Sienna had no idea whether she could even fit the mechanisms for a chainsaw in the revolvers to begin with.

[Helsing]

"... we can work with that." Charles said.

He goes over to Sterling and picks up his sword.

"So a sword... and a rifle?" he asks.

[A Blind Guy]

"Correct." STerling transforms his sword into it's gun form.

[Helsing]

"... simple sword, standard rifle and looked like it belongs on a wall above some table."

He pauses for a second.

"You're from Mistral aren't you?"

[A Blind Guy]

"Indeed I am."

[Helsing]

".... you're a lost cause," he says before walking away.

A second passes.

He comes back.

"Just kidding you need more variety and firepower with your weapon. I recommend dust enhancing."

He goes to Nisha and picks up the fans "Battle fans.... that's anime as fuck. You and I are going to have a chat later."

Charles goes to the centre of the room and claps his hands.

"Alright everyone, I've seen some real promise with you guys, but, you still have a lot to go. Your assignment for next class is to find one improvement that you think you can make with your weapon. Next time, I'll be showing you how to add those if the school will allow it. Any questions?"

Nisha raised her hand, "Who would win? Goku or Superman? You seem familiar with anime and I was just curious."

[Helsing]

Charles looked at Nisha like she asked him the meaning of life. He took in a deep breath and stared at her with more seriousness than you'd expect from someone like him.

"Goku."

The second he said that the door exploded in a shower of wood and shrapnel. When everyone could see again, Onyx was on the floor of the room with one finger raised.

"You heathan! Superman's feats far outclass goku's!"

Right before he could respond, the wall behind Sterling exploded, and out came professor Oobleck.

"Such feats are non-cannon! You cannot use them!"

"What is going on here!" Someone screamed.

Everyone turned to the open doorway and saw Professor Goodwitch standing with a fury in her eyes that dwarfed the power of the sun. Thinking quickly, Charles pointed at the other professors, instantly throwing them under the bus.

Glynda sighed and flicked her riding crop, forcing the teacher out of the room.

As Onyx left, he yelled "Dragonball tard!"

Glynda quickly used her semblance to fix the walls and then left the room. With nothing left, Charles glanced around and shrugged.

"Guess class is dismissed."

Nisha cowered a bit as this arguement of anime exaggerated epic proportion continued throughout the class till it was finally dismissed. She gathered her weapon and walked over to Sienna, "Remind me if I do something stupid."

[Flagmauth]

"I...kinda doubt that would have helped here."

[A Blind Guy]

"It's not your fault Nisha, nobody expected that the argument would escalate like that."

[Helsing]

"Sanity is the true lost resource in Remnant." Tyson comments.

Luckily for their resident bomb maker and most of the other students, everything seemed to go into a routine. Onyx would lecture about aura, all the while he used his textbooks as fuel for a woodfire that somehow managed to get integrated into the wall.

Oobleck was hyped on coffee, no change there.

Ports classes were still sleep inducing, again, no change.

It only really changed when Sterling got a call on his scroll.

Despite him not even tapping the icon, the call went through anyway.

"Mister Tikeri, there is a private jet requesting permission to land, it has the mistral royal crest on it. You wouldn't happen to know about that, would you?"

[A Blind Guy]

"Moh Mya." Sterling swallowed the piece of apple he was eating. "Sorry, yes I know, they're here for me. I'll be over with my team momentarily." Sterling opened his scroll and made a group message to the rest of his team. 

"meet me on the airship landing pad, there's someone who wants to meet all of us."  Sterling takes one more bite of apple and then makes his way to the landing pad.

[Flagmauth]

His scroll buzzed a few moments later with a message from Sienna: "omw. who is it?"

[Helsing]

His scroll buzzed again "I shall be down in a moment."

[A Blind Guy]

"Just my family and a few guests."

[Flagmauth]

"ok gimme a sec" Sienna replied after a pause.

[Helsing]

By the time the entire team made it's way to the runway, Sterling was already standing ready as the private jet made it's landing. Like most things associated with the royal family, it was big, lavish in area's you didn't know you could throw money and had enough firepower stacked in the wings to start a small country.

Truly, it was a very peaceful sight dropping down in the middle of a school.

Then again, it was a school to train warriors, so people in glass houses.

The plain slowled to a stop as the side door pops open and folds out into a staircase. The first out was not someone you would expect.



The man scanned the team with almost board eyes, but that only lasted for a second. Everyone blinked, and suddenly the man was standing at the end of the staircase. It was like he teleported, but for some reason, Sterling saw the edges of his cape fade in and out of shadows.

That made wondering who he was very easy. Nathan Navy, head of the Royal guard of Mistral.

The next one to come out is what you would expect, but only if your name was Sterling.



Lord Virmir, the King of Mistral.

"... just your family you said, just a few guests you said." Tyson deadpanned.

The King of the second greatest military force in the world smiled down at the team. It wasn't a kind smile, it was the kind of smile that you would expect from those who fought they're way into power.

"It seems you did what was expected of you. I am impressed Mr-"

Whatever he was about to say, he didn't get the chance. Behind him, a white blur slammed into his back, making his balance tip and force him down the stairs. He caught himself with one hand and flipped back to his feet, but it didn't stop the fact that he was just pushed down the stairs from making Nathan bust a gut laughing.

However, Sterling couldn't exactly appreciate the moment as he had trouble breathing.

His mom was here, and she was a hugger apparently.



"Oh my little boy is so grown up leading his own team I'm so proud of you, you have no idea how amazing this is I haven't had the chance to talk to a team leader since summer and then she would only want to talk about boys and I'm taken now."

"... does she even need to breathe?" Tyson whispers.

"Jeanne, let the boy breathe."

Jeanne blinked, then she dropped Sterling as quickly as she could. She turned back to the plane and smiled innocently.

"Oh I was just hugging him."

From the door, another man stepped out, just as armored and powerful as the king.

Stephon Tikeri, the man who slew the Gods of the Sky.



It would have been an even more impressive sight if he didn't have someone hiding behind him.



She jumped behind Sterling's father's bulky frame, and Tyson could swear her face turned as red as dust just at the sight of Sterling. Slowly, Stephon and the girl came down the staircase. When they got to the bottom, she jumped behind the king of Mistral for protection, making Nathan roll his eyes.

They made there way to the team and the second he could, Stephon put a hand on his sons shoulder, his smile beaming with pride.

"Congragulations," he whispered.

To the rest of the team he kept the smile, but it seemed slightly forced.

"I know it's a bit soon, but I hope that you'll be able to follow my son. He might make a few mistakes, but I hope you'll be able to look past them."

"...spicy food," Tyson shivers.

Stephon blinks and Jeanne beams.

"OH YOU'VE ALREADY SHOWN THEM THE RECIPIE! How was it? Did you like it?"

"I couldn't feel my backside for an hour afterwards,"

"That means it's working dear."

Tyson suddenly found the urge to hide behind Nisha of all people. Defend himself with another form of crazy! Hopefully, they cancel each other out.

"While food is a great thing," Nathan commented, "We aren't here to discuss that."

"Indeed Nathan," Lord Virmir said, "We're here to congratulate our heir on his position,"

He paused, letting his smile grow.

"And to announce something."

He looked behind him, and quickly the girl moved behind him and bowed respectfully to everyone there.

Even though she was shaking in her boots as she did so.

"I-It's good to m-meet you, I-I'm Opil V-Virmir,"

Oh, the princess.

Sterling, after getting his bearings once again, cleared his throat. "The pleasure is all mine m'lady." he says before bowing.

[Helsing]

At the comment, Opil's face went as red as a beat.

"Th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th,"

"Oh dear she's broken," Nathan says.

"It happens to the best of us," Jeanne smiled.

"When?" Stephon asked.

"At least the boy has manners," Lord Virmir notes with a smile, "But it would be an honour of mine if I could reintroduce my daughter, Opil Virmir. Your fiancee."

[Flagmauth]

Sienna had been pretty much frozen in place from shock this entire time. This was around the point where she managed to reboot to the point where she could actually function as a human being again, as indicated by her blinking, turning to look at Sterling and saying, "...congratulations?"

[Helsing]

"... you're screwed," Tyson says, "Literally and metaphorically."

[A Blind Guy]

"This... is certainly a cause for congratulations, all be it an unexpected one."

Sienna debated either asking Tyson if he seriously just said that or kicking him in the shin but settled for giving him a flat look.
