"Hey, calm down guys." LOCCENT said. "First let's find the kaiju."


As if on cue, a dark shape rose from beneath the waves and slammed hard into Iron Storm, bowling the Jaeger over and under the water. Mutavore bellowed, standing over the now-prone Jaeger before turning and advancing on Phantom Intrepid, the next closest machine.

"I've got him!" Ananda yelled, moving Phantom Intrepid closer to the Kaiju.

"That was unexpected." says Marley as the Jaeger gets up and advances on the Kaiju.

"Titian Atlas, moving to halfway mark between Kaiju and Los Angeles." The twins report as Atlas moved between the Kaiju and the city.

"We should be in there." Tyler said as he watched the fight.

"One way or another we will protect this city!" Trent says in a tone that meant no exceptions.

"Titian Atlas will be the last line of defence. Kick that Kaiju into next year!" The twins said over the coms to the shatter dome and the jaegers. The Atlas's swords extended from both its arms.

[Flagmauth]

Mutavore lowered its blade-shaped head and charged, powering through the water and sending up a plume of spray as it barreled toward the large green Jaeger, even as Iron Storm was regaining its footing. The bony front of its crest slammed hard into Intrepid's chest armor, buckling it inwards with a bang as the Jaeger reeled backwards with the force, toppling over backwards. The damage seemed relatively minor; all systems remained operational, fortunately, but Mutavore stood with claws raised over the giant machine and Iron Storm might not be close enough to stop it in time...

[A Blind Guy]

"Ready repulsor blast, 3 shots." the 2 say in sync over the radio.

[Flagmauth]

Iron Storm's palm lifts, the repulsor in the center of its hand emitting a high-pitched noise as it charged. Three blasts burst from the device, slamming into the bony ridges on Mutavore's back and burning away some flesh, but not causing any serious damage. The kaiju turned and bellowed at its assailant.

[gaara]

"Get him!!!!!" Yells sam as Shadow fang draws his blade with his right hand and runs after the kiju.

"I'll get him first!" Ananda yells into the communications while steering Interprid towards the Kaiju.

Titian Atlas keeps an even distance from the Kaiju and the city behind the mighty Jaeger.

"We should be in there! Fighting alongside the other jaegers!" Tyler says as Trent shook his head.

"Main objective is to protect the city. If that Kaiju slips out of that kill zone, and we weren't standing here. Then tomorrow's headline would be Jaegers failed to stop Kaiju, wall is ineffective. We stay put, keep that Kaiju away from the city!" Trent says as he turns to look at his brother. "If we don't agree on this, we're Kaiju chow." Trent said with venom. Tyler nodded and smiles as he turns back to the fight.

"As stubborn as our mother." Tyler says under his breath.

"With the strength of our father." Trent says aloud as Titan Atlas watched the fighting while remaining in a battle stance.

Iron Storm steps aside seeing the approaching Jaeger.

seeing Titan Atlas just standing there, Marley says over the com,
"Atlas, don't just stand there, you could be kicking this Kaiju's tail. don't be a hero. "

[Flagmauth]

LOCCENT's feed blinked in Titan's Conn-Pod, "Agreed. Titan, move to engage, the best way to ensure Los Angeles' safety is to take Mutavore down hard."

Shabow fang seeing that the Phantom is colser and getting up and iron storm is in the way the fang moves left around iron storm as to flank the kiju.

"Titian Atlas, moving in on enemy!" The twins yell in sync as Atlas charges through the water quickly closing the distance between the jaeger and Mutavore.

[Flagmauth]

Mutavore bellowed again and advanced on Iron Storm, taking a swipe with claws like immense blades. Fortunately the implements barely dented the Jaeger's armor.

"Watch your backs! This one still has some fight in it!"the twins warn in sync as Atlas gained on the Kaiju.

[gaara]

Shadow fang jumped forwards towards the kiju with his blade held in front of his body with his right hand "move out of the way" Tim yelled at iron storm.

[A Blind Guy]

"Right." says Jim, promptly the jaeger moves aside while it charges another repulsor blast, aiming right for the Kaiju's head.

[gaara]

Shadow fang swings it's sword fast and strong aiming for the kijus left shoulder.

[Flagmauth]

Mutavore ducked and the blasts of energy from Storm's gauntlets flew off into the distance. The motion brought the great blade-shaped protrusions on its back into the path of Shadow's blade, which struck the leftmost structure and broke away from the hilt, severely damaging Shadow's right hand as it did so. The interface immediately translated the structural damage into pain for the Rangers aboard the venerable Mark III, their right hands feeling as though broken as the Jaeger staggered.

Taking advantage of the opening, Mutavore's claws came down on the machine's shoulders, digging gouges into armor plate and forcing Shadow Fang off-balance, twisting it away from the kaiju.

"Crap that hurt" yeld Tim as shadow fang came up with a left hook to the kijus face.

"This isn't going well." Tyler said as Titian Atlas stopped beside Iron Storm.

"Iron Storm, this is Atlas, we're on you nine o'clock."the twins alerted the Jaeger as Atlas recalled its swords after seeing what happened to Phantom. "If we could get a clear shot open for you, can you burn Mutavore's heart out?" The twins asked in sync.

[Flagmauth]

Shadow's fist flailed sort of ineffectually at Mutavore's head and bounced off of the creature's blade-shaped crest, but otherwise did no damage. The kaiju roared and shoved the Jaeger back off its feet, landing it flat on its back.

[A Blind Guy]

"We can see you Atlas, and that could work." Franco says, annoyed with the twins always shouting in sync.

'Charging repulsors for 2 more shots." says Marley.
