Fall Of The Wall [Pacific Rim]

Tokyo, Japan:

The four remaining Jaegers had been transported to Tokyo for Stacker Pentecost's attempt on the Breach - which failed.  The portal remained inactive at the bottom of the Pacific. "Fortunately," the Wall of Life system of fortifications had been completed a few months ago. Stacker Pentecost died, presumed to be from stress-induced medical complications. He was succeeded by Hercules Hansen.

The immense mechanized warriors stood idle in their Shatterdome hangars.

[Helsing]

Cave and Eren Johnson sat in there rooms reading old mission reports

"Do you remember when we punched that Kijiu out of New-" Cave says

"Yes I was there" Eren responds with no f@#$'s given

[Flagmauth]

"New Zealand, wasn't it? Belobog, Category 2, looked like a big ugly crab thing?" A Latino man stood in the doorway, wearing what appeared to be a lab coat draped over casual clothes.

[A Blind Guy]

Meanwhile, Suzaku Kurirugi is carrying what appears to be 2 large sound systems into their quarters.

"So, what are we doing this for again?" Suzaku asks, setting them down on the floor.

"I told you already, we need to be proud of where we come from, what better way than with this?" kamina Zutsugami asks, plugging in one system. "I'll be right back." Kamina says, picking up the 2nd one and taking it to the room 2 doors down.

"Whatever you say." Suzaku says.

[Helsing]

"New Zealand" Eren says "Best vacation I ever got"

[Flagmauth]

"I don't blame you. I'd love a vacation where I got to punch a kaiju."

Kamina's knocking on the door (accomplished with a knee, owing to large stereo he was carrying) got the door opened by a Russian man built like a Jaeger, with bleached-blond hair over his thick black beard. "Da? What is it?" he rumbled, looking down at the Japanese Ranger.

[A Blind Guy]

Suzaku puts one CD into the stereo and cranks up the volume, a few seconds later the theme for attack on titan blasts friom their quarters.
"Pride in our country!" Kamina responds

[Helsing]

"Are these walls sound proof" Eren says pointing at his door

"Its kind of chechy" Cave comments

[Flagmauth]

"No, they are very much not soundproof."

The Russian frowned at him from the full foot in height difference between the two of them. "Pride in your country? What are you listening to?"

[A Blind Guy]

"This song, this song is the anthem that will herald our victory in battle against the Kaiju!"

[Helsing]

Eren puts his head under what ever he could find to try and stop the noise from getting to him

[Flagmauth]

The larger man examined the stereo. "What's this for, then?"


It was worth noting that between the Japanese and Russian rooms was the Chinese room - i.e. Crimson Typhoon's crew were probably being deafened right now.

[Helsing]

Cave keeps listening

[A Blind Guy]

"I wonder what the Wei tripplets think about our country pride." Suzaku says, walking up to Kamina.

[Flagmauth]

"Your country pride is too loud, but - " "At least it's better than that abomination the Russians listen to."
The door had opened some time in the past two minutes and two of the triplets stood in the doorway.


Aleksis didn't bother to respond to that, choosing to simply look at the smaller Chinese men.

[Helsing]

"If we start singing, I'm getting in romio and taring this place down" Eren says under his pellow

[Flagmauth]

"Nah, don't do that. At least leave the rec room up." said the Hispanic man. He extended his hand to Cave. "Don Toreador. K-Science."

[Helsing]

"I'm Cave Johnson" Cave says shaking his hand "This one here is my younger and less awesome brother Eren"

"Hey"

[Flagmauth]

"Yeah, I know you guys. You're Rangers, who doesn't? Just figured I'd introduce myself before you get airlifted to LA tomorrow to scrap Romeo and the others. Oh, and, ah..." He produced a slightly crumpled bit of paper and a pen. "...could you sign this?"

[A Blind Guy]

Suzaku enters the room and sits down.

[Helsing]

Eren gets up as fast as he could "WHAT?!?"

Cave stands there dumbfounded but he signs the paper anyway

[A Blind Guy]

"Uh what did I just walk into here?" Suzaku asks.

[Helsing]

"Can you repeat that. There scrapping Romio?" Eren asks

[Flagmauth]

"Uh..." Don pocketed the slip of paper. "Yeah, it's kinda...y'know, been all over the news and stuff."

"Da." Aleksis rumbled, sounding vaguely sad.

One of the Weis spoke up. "All of the Jaegers are heading to Oblivion Bay in America, remember? We only stopped here because of weather."

[Helsing]

Eren looks at Cave "You lying basterd"

"I may have gave him false info and kept him off he Tv" Cave says
